I WAS PRIVILEGED TO HAVE SPENT SOME TIME WITH THE AUTHOR OVER A NUMBER OF LUNCHES AND DINNERS ASKING HIM QUESTION AND SHARING RICH TIMES OF FELLOWSHIP TOGETHER.
DURING ONE OF THESE TIMES I ASKED HIM THIS QUESTION. "THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO BE WRITTEN ON THIS SUBJECT, WHEN WILL YOU WRITE THE NEXT BOOK?"
HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID, "I WON'T, YOU WILL!"
THIS WONDERFUL SERVANT OF GOD HAS NOW GONE ON TO BE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE KING LEAVING ME WITH THE TASK OF FULFILLING HIS PROPHETIC WORD.
WE WILL TRY BY THE GRACE OF GOD TO BRING THIS TOPIC A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD OF REVELATION.
WE WILL ALSO BE DEALING WITH ONE OF THE FIRST PRINCIPLES OF THE DOCTRINES OF CHRIST.
THE DOCTRINE OF "LAYING ON OF HANDS".

HEBREWS 6:1-3, "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit."

I BELIEVE HE DOES AND SO WE WILL:

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN A GROUP OF PEOPLE, MAYBE AT SOME EVENT OR AT A MOVIE, WHEN SUDDENLY SOMEONE LETS OUT A SCREAM AND A FLASH OF FEAR OR PANIC GOES THROUGH THE CROWD?
WHAT HAS JUST HAPPENED?

DO YOU REMEMBER A TIME WHEN YOU GOT INVOLVED WITH A NEW GROUP OF "FRIENDS" AND INSTANTLY YOU PICKED UP THEIR SPEECH PATTERNS AND JOINED IN WITH THEM IN ACTIVITIES THAT WHERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE NORMALLY DONE?
WHAT CAUSED THE INSTANT CHANGE?

HAVE YOU HAD FRIENDS OR CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO CAME INTO SOME TYPE OF AN ASSOCIATION WITH AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP AND WATCHED THEM CHANGE SEEMINGLY OVERNIGHT INTO SOMEONE VERY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT YOU HAD KNOWN THEM TO BE?

WHAT CAUSES THESE CHANGES TO TAKE PLACE AND WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING WHEN THEY DO?

WE TRUST WE WILL FIND THE ANSWERS TO THESE AND MANY OTHER QUESTIONS AS WE BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND THE ACTIVITY AND ABILITY OF THE SPIRIT REALM TO "TRANSMIT" AND "TRANSFER" THOUGHTS, FEELINGS OR EMOTIONS AS WELL AS INFLUENCE THE ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOR PATTERNS OF NATIONS, PEOPLE GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS.

PSALMS 33:6, "By the Word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth."

THE WORD FOR BREATH IS "RUWACH" AND ONE OF OF ITS' MANY MEANINGS IS "SPIRIT".
WE KNOW FROM THE GOSPEL OF JOHN CHAPTER ONE THAT THE "WORD" CREATED ALL THINGS AND HE BECAME "FLESH". HIS NAME IS "JESUS".
THE TERM "HOST" MEANS "THE ANGELIC ARMIES".

HEBREWS 11:3, "Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."

2 CORINTHIANS 4:18, "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal."

WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE SPIRIT REALM IS EVEN MORE REAL THAN THE NATURAL REALM.
IT IS FROM THIS REALM THAT THE PHYSICAL AND ALL THINGS IN THE NATURAL WERE CREATED AND ARE MAINTAINED.
THE THINGS OF THE NATURAL UNIVERSE ARE A PHYSICAL REFLECTION AND MANIFESTATION OF THE SPIRIT UNIVERSE.

GOD, THE ETERNAL SPIRIT, HAS CREATED BOTH REALMS BY HIS BREATH (SPIRIT) AND HIS WORD (JESUS).
MAN WAS CREATED BY GOD IN HIS OWN IMAGE AND LIKENESS.

GENESIS 1:26-28, 2:7 & 5:1-2.
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
"And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
"This [is] the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created."

MAN WAS CREATED A SPIRIT BEING WITH THE ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH BOTH THE NATURAL AND THE SPIRITUAL.
HE WAS MADE A LIVING SOUL THAT TOUCHES INTO AND IS TOUCHED BY BOTH REALMS.

1 THESSALONIANS 5:23, "And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

MAN IS A TRIUNE BEING: THREE PARTS MAKING UP ONE TOTAL BEING: SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY.
THE SPIRIT OF MAN IN IT'S FALLEN STATE IS DEAD TOWARDS GOD. HOWEVER, IT IS OCCUPIED BY THE SPIRIT OF SIN (THE SATANIC NATURE) AND CAN BE USED TO RECEIVE AND RELEASE SPIRITUAL POWER THROUGH THE SOUL AND BODY INTO THE EARTH REALM.

WHEN WE ARE "BORN AGAIN" WE RECEIVE THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST WHICH DRIVES OUT THE SPIRIT OF SIN AND GIVES US A NEW NATURE AND SPIRIT.
"THE PROMISE OF THE FATHER" OR THE "NEW COVENANT" CONTAINS WITHIN IT A "NEW HEART", A "NEW SPIRIT" AND THE VERY "SPIRIT OF GOD", HIMSELF, CAUSING THINGS TO WORK FROM THE INSIDE OUT OF US ACCORDING TO OUR NEW NATURE, THE NATURE OF CHRIST.

EZEKIEL 36:25-27, "Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do [them]."

HOWEVER, OUR SPIRITS CAN STILL BE INFLUENCED BY THE SPIRIT OF THE WORLD AND BY THE SPIRITS OF MAN UNTIL WE ARE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF OUR MIND.

OUR SPIRIT HAS A MIND, WHICH IS THE MIND OF CHRIST AND OUR MIND HAS A SPIRIT.

ROMANS 8:27, "And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God."

EPHESIANS 4:23, "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;"

ROMANS 8:5-11, "For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and peace. Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ [be] in you, the body [is] dead because of sin; but the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."

TO RENEW THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND IS TO LEARN TO YIELD TO THE MIND OF THE SPIRIT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF RENEWING THE MIND TO THE WORD OF GOD.

ROMANS 12:2, "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW CERTAIN WORDS ARE USED WILL BE HELPFUL HERE.
THE WORD "HEART" MAY MEAN YOUR SPIRIT BUT GENERALLY IS USED OF THE "SPIRIT" AND "SOUL" COMBINED.
THE "SOUL" IS THE WILL, INTELLECT AND EMOTIONS AND OFTEN IS REFERRED TO AS THE "MIND".
THE "FLESH" MAY MEAN THE BODY BUT IS GENERALLY USED OF "BODY AND SOUL" TOGETHER.

THE REASON THESE TERMS OVERLAP IS DUE TO THEIR INTERRELATEDNESS.
IN FACT, IT IS ONLY BY REVELATION OF THE "WORD" THAT WE CAN DISCERN AND SEPARATE THEM AT ALL.

HEBREWS 4:12, "For the Word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

THE DANGER IN ANY TEACHING OF THIS KIND IS THAT WE WILL ONCE AGAIN TRY TO MAKE SOMETHING OR DO SOMETHING WITHOUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD BECAUSE WE HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF SOMETHING.
IT WILL NOT WORK!
IT IS ONLY BY THE SPIRIT THAT WE ARE ABLE TO EVEN COMPREHEND WHAT IS WHAT IN THIS AREA.
FOR THIS REASON WE WILL NOT DEAL VERY MUCH WITH THE ORGANS OF THE SPIRIT OF MAN AT THIS TIME.
RATHER, A BRIEF OVERVIEW TO HELP US TO UNDERSTAND THEM AND HOW THEY INTERRELATE TO THE SOUL OR MIND.

THE ORGANS OF THE SPIRIT ARE THE "CONSCIENCE" WHICH WORKS WITH THE "WILL". THIS IS THE AREA WHERE WE "KNOW" THE LEADING OF THE SPIRIT. THE INNER KNOWING DOWN ON THE INSIDE TO DO OR NOT TO DO, THIS IS GOD, THIS IS NOT GOD.
"INTUITION" WHICH INFLUENCES AND WORKS WITH THE "INTELLECT". THIS IS THE AREA OF OUR SPIRIT THAT IS OPENED UP BY THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THROUGH WHICH WE SPEAK IN OTHER TONGUES AND OPERATE IN THE MANIFESTATIONS OF THE SPIRIT.
"COMMUNION" OR THE SPIRITS' FACULTY FOR "WORSHIP". THIS PLACE TOUCHES DEEPEST IN THE SPIRIT AND REACHES OUT INTO THE REALM OF OUR "EMOTIONS" OR FEELINGS AFFECTING OUR BODY THE MOST.

OUR BODIES HAVE FIVE GATES OF INPUT INTO THE SOUL OR MIND. THESE ARE THE FIVE SENSES, TOUCH (FEEL GATE), TASTE (MOUTH GATE), SMELLING (NOSE GATE), SEEING (EYE GATE) AND HEARING (EAR GATE).

IT IS THROUGH THESE GATES WE RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE NATURAL REALM AND INTERRELATE AND INTERACT WITH IT.
YET THESE GATES MAY ALSO BE USED TO RECEIVE AND DISCHARGE SPIRIT POWER ALONG WITH OUR THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS AND WORDS.

WHAT WE ALLOW TO COME IN THROUGH THESE GATES AND PROCEED OUT OF THESE GATES WILL AFFECT OUR TOTAL BEING EITHER FOR GOOD OR EVIL.

LET US LOOK AT A FEW OF THE SCRIPTURES THAT SHOW US THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OUR SPIRIT AND SOUL AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE PHYSICAL BODY.

PROVERBS 15:4, "A wholesome tongue [is] a tree of life: but perverseness therein [is] a breach in the spirit."

THE WORD "WHOLESOME" IS "MARPE" AND MEANS "HEALTH, HEALING, CURE, PROFIT, SOUND".
THE WORD "PERVERSENESS" IS "CELEPH" AND MEANS "TO TWIST, OVERTHROW, PERVERSE".
THE WORD "BREACH" IS "SHEBER" AND MEANS "BREAKING, FRACTURE, CRUSHING, BREACH, CRASH, RUIN, SHATTERING".

IT COULD BE READ LIKE THIS, "HEALING WORDS ARE A TREE OF LIFE: BUT PERVERSE AND TWISTED WORDS BREAK INTO OUR SPIRITS".

PROVERBS 21:23, "Whoso keepeth his mouth and tongue, keepeth his soul from troubles."

PROVERBS 18:8, "The words of a talebearer [are] as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly."

PROVERBS 18:14, "The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?"

PROVERBS 15:13, "A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken."

PROVERBS 17:22, "A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."

PROVERBS 16:18, "Pride [goeth] before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."

PROVERBS 18:12, "Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour [is] humility."

PROVERBS 16:32, "[He that is] slow to anger [is] better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city."

PROVERBS 25:28, "He that [hath] no rule over his own spirit [is like] a city [that is] broken down, [and] without walls."

PROVERBS 20:27, "The spirit of man [is] the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly."

PROVERBS 4:20-24, "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they [are] life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee."

PROVERBS 18:20-21, "A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; [and] with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."

WE FIND FROM THESE SCRIPTURES AND MANY OTHERS THAT WHAT WILL AFFECT AND INFLUENCE US ON ANY ONE LEVEL OF OUR BEING WILL BEGIN TO AFFECT AND INFLUENCE US ON ALL THREE LEVELS.
EACH LEVEL OF OUR TRIUNE BEING WILL AFFECT AND INFLUENCE ALL OF THE OTHER LEVELS OF OUR TOTAL BEING, SPIRIT, SOUL (MIND) AND BODY.

1 CORINTHIANS 2:9-16, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

THERE ARE THREE BASIC DIFFERENT SOURCES OF "SPIRIT" TRANSMISSION AND INFLUENCE.
THE SPIRIT OF GOD: (OR SPIRITS FROM GOD.)
THE SPIRIT OF MAN: (THE ACTIVITY OF HUMAN SPIRITS.)
THE SPIRIT OF THE WORLD: (THE ACTIVITY OF SATANIC ANGELIC SPIRITS, DEMONIC SPIRITS AND NATURE SPIRITS.)

TO HELP US TO UNDERSTAND THE TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS, LET US LOOK AT A LOWER LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL ACTIVITY FOUND IN THE EXPRESSION OF SICKNESS AND DISEASE.
YOU ARE BROUGHT INTO CONTACT WITH A FLU VIRUS.
DUE TO CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES YOU ARE OPEN TO RECEIVE THIS VIRUS.
AS IT TRANSFERS TO YOU, YOU NOW HAVE IT AND SO DOES THE PERSON FROM WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT.
THIS IS ALSO THE CASE IN THE REALM OF THE SPIRIT. AS IT PASSES ON OR TRANSFERS IT DOES NOT DECLINE BUT MULTIPLIES.
AS SPIRITS TRANSFER THEY MULTIPLY AND INCREASE IN INFLUENCE.

THIS IS ALSO TRUE WHEN A TRANSFERENCE OF THE ANOINTING OR SPIRITS FROM GOD TAKE PLACE. THEY MULTIPLY AND INCREASE.

ACTS 6:6-7, "Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid [their] hands on them. And the Word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith."

HERE WE SEE THE RESULTS OF A POSITIVE TRANSFERENCE OR AN IMPARTATION OF THE ANOINTING THROUGH THE LAYING ON OF HANDS BY THE APOSTLES.
DUE TO THIS IMPARTATION THE "WORD OF GOD" INCREASED AND THESE DEACONS WHO RECEIVED THIS TRANSFERENCE BEGAN TO OPERATE IN THE POWER AND MANIFESTATIONS OF THE SPIRIT.

HOWEVER, A TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRIT OR SPIRITS MAY ALSO PRODUCE NEGATIVE RESULTS.

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT WAYS SPIRITS MAY TRANSFER OR BE IMPARTED.

LET US LOOK AT A CASE OF TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS FROM A NEGATIVE ASPECT.

NUMBERS 13:23-33, "And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and [they brought] of the pomegranates, and of the figs. The place was called the brook Eshcol, because of the cluster of grapes which the children of Israel cut down from thence. And they returned from searching of the land after forty days. And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land. And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this [is] the fruit of it. Nevertheless the people [be] strong that dwell in the land, and the cities [are] walled, [and] very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there. The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan. And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they [are] stronger than we. And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, [is] a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it [are] men of a great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, [which come] of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."

HERE WE FIND THE SPIRITS OF FEAR, DOUBT AND UNBELIEF TRANSFERRING THROUGH A NEGATIVE REPORT FROM TEN OF THE SPIES TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE CAUSING THEM TO DISOBEY GOD AND REBEL AGAINST MOSES.

NUMBERS 14:1-10a, "And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness! And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt? And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt. Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel. And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, [which were] of them that searched the land, rent their clothes: And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, [is] an exceeding good land. If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they [are] bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD [is] with us: fear them not. But all the congregation bade stone them with stones."

THIS ENTIRE SITUATION OCCURRED BECAUSE SOMEONE RELEASED THE SPIRITS OF FEAR, DOUBT AND UNBELIEF THROUGH THEIR MOUTH AND EMOTIONS TRANSFERRING THEM TO THE REST OF THE SPIES AND THEN TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE.
ONLY TWO OF THE SPIES WHERE OF "ANOTHER SPIRIT" AND WERE ABLE TO ENTER INTO THE LAND.

NUMBERS 14:24 & 30, "But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it."
"Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, [concerning] which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun."

THE STATEMENTS MADE BY THE UNBELIEVING SPIES BECAME WHAT THEY RECEIVED.
THE STATEMENTS MADE BY CALEB AND JOSHUA BECAME WHAT THEY RECEIVED.

AS A RESULT OF THE PEOPLE RECEIVING AN EVIL REPORT, ALL MANNER OF THOUGHTS THROUGH ATTACKING SPIRITS WERE RELEASED AND TRANSFERED BACK AND FORTH UNTIL THE EMOTIONS WERE RUNNING AT A FEVER PITCH, MANIFESTING SPIRITS OF REBELLION, ANGER, HOPELESSNESS, COMPLAINING AND VIOLENCE. IT CAN GET VERY CROWDED "SPIRITUALLY" IN THAT BED.

ACTUAL CASE:

YEARS AGO A PASTOR AND HIS WIFE BROUGHT THEIR TEENAGE DAUGHTER TO ONE OUR SUNDAY NIGHT HEALING, MIRACLE AND DELIVERANCE SERVICES.
THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE "SUDDEN CHANGE" THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE IN HER LIFE.
SHE HAD NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN THE OCCULT, SATANIC MUSIC OR DRUGS.

SHE HAD HOWEVER, BECAME INVOLVED EMOTIONALLY WITH A YOUNG MAN WHO HAD A LIBERAL SEXUAL PAST.
THIS LED TO A SEXUAL ENCOUNTER AND TRANSFERENCE OF MANY DIFFERENT SPIRITS.
DURING THE COURSE OF OUR TIME OF MINISTERING TO HER WE FOUND "UNCLEAN SPIRITS", "SPIRITS OF ADDICTION", "SPIRITS OF WITCHCRAFT", "SPIRITS OF VIOLENCE AND MURDER" AS WELL AS "SPIRITS OF SATANIC MUSIC".
NONE OF WHICH HAD SHE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH.
THEY TRANSFERED TO HER AS A RESULT OF HER SEXUAL INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS YOUNG MAN.
THANK GOD THROUGH THE OPERATIONS OF THE SPIRIT AND HER WILLINGNESS TO REPENT, SHE WAS DELIVERED, RESTORED AND SET FREE.

BY BEING DEFILED THROUGH WORDS, MUSIC, PICTURES AND WRONG ACTIVITIES:

IN OUR CULTURE TODAY WE ARE INVOLVED WITH AND EXPOSED TO MANY DIFFERENT FORMS OF "ENTERTAINMENT" AND "ACTIVITIES" THAT MAY BE USED TO PRODUCE A NEGATIVE AFFECT OR EVEN TRANSFER A SPIRIT TO US.

THIS CAN TAKE PLACE THROUGH THE "MUSIC" WE LISTEN TO, THE "MATERIALS" WE LOOK AT AND READ, THE "TV SHOWS AND MOVIES" WE WATCH AND THE "GAMES" WE PLAY.

MANY OF OUR CURRENT PROBLEMS OF CRIME AND VIOLENCE IN OUR YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY ARE A DIRECT RESULT OF A TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE THROUGH THESE FORMS OF "ENTERTAINMENT".

THE BIBLE DECLARES THAT "AS A MAN THINKS IN HIS HEART SO IS HE."
WHAT WE FEED OUR MINDS WITH WILL SOONER OR LATER GET DOWN INTO OUR HEARTS AND WILL EITHER CONFORM US OR TRANSFORM US INTO THAT IMAGE BY RELEASING THE SPIRIT OF THAT IMAGE INTO OUR SPIRITS.

WE NEED TO STAY BALANCED IN THIS UNDERSTANDING.
WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT BRIEF ENCOUNTERS WITH THESE THINGS, BUT RATHER A CONTINUAL EXPOSING OF ONES SELF TO THE INFLUENCE OF THESE THINGS AND THE "SPIRITS" BEHIND THEM.
OF COURSE THE ACTUAL DANGER WILL DEPEND ON THE TYPE MATERIAL AND OUR OPENNESS TO RECEIVE IT.

MUSIC IS A POWERFUL TOOL OF EXPRESSION AND INSPIRATION.
IT IS VIBRATION THAT TOUCHES THE EMOTIONS AND PAINTS THOUGHT PICTURES IN OUR MINDS.
IT CAN BLESS US OR CURSE US.

IT CARRIES WITH IT THE "SPIRIT" OF ITS' INSPIRATION AND THE "SPIRIT" OF THOSE WHO PERFORM IT.

IN A POSITIVE EXPRESSION LET US LOOK AT DAVID AND SAUL.

THE VERY THOUGHT OF PUTTING ONE IN MY OWN BODY WAS UNTHINKABLE.

ONE NIGHT WHILE "SMOKING DOPE" I WAS LISTENING TO A CERTAIN "NEW" GROUPS' LATEST RELEASE.
THE SONG WAS CALLED "HEROIN".
WITHIN ONE WEEK'S TIME I WAS A STRUNG OUT "JUNKIE" PUTTING A NEEDLE INTO MY OWN ARM.

I HAD RECEIVED THE "SPIRIT" OF THAT SONG AND THE SPIRIT OF THE ARTISTS THAT PERFORMED IT AND HAD BECOME A "HEROIN ADDICT".

IN RECENT YEARS THIS SAME GROUP HAS HAD ITS' MUSIC RE-RELEASED NOW ON "C.D'S" AND ALONG WITH IT A NEW RISE IN HEROIN USE.

LET US TAKE A LOOK AT VIDEO AND ROLE PLAYING GAMES.
THESE GAMES ARE VERY POPULAR TODAY AMONG OUR YOUTH AND BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTH INTERACTIVE, WHICH INVOLVES MORE OF THE "GATES" TO BE OPENED UP AND USED IN THE PLAYING OF THEM, THEY ARE MORE DANGEROUS THAN MOVIES AND CAN ALLOW SPIRITS TO TRANSFER QUICKER.
VIOLENCE, LUST, ANGER, WITCHCRAFT, HATE, DRUGS AND DEATH ARE SPIRITS THAT ARE BEING RELEASED THROUGH THESE GAMES.
GUARD YOUR HEART, WHAT GOES IN WILL COME BACK OUT.

BY DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND OCCULT PRACTICES:

IN GALATIANS 5:20 THE WORD FOR "WITCHCRAFT" IS "PARMAKEIA", WE GET OUR WORD "PHARMACY" FROM IT, IT MEANS "DRUGS AND THEIR RELATED FORMS OF MAGICK".
IN REVELATIONS 9:21 & 18:23 THIS SAME WORD IS TRANSLATED "SORCERIES".

SORCERY OPERATES THROUGH THINGS. DRUGS, MUSIC, CHARMS, CANDLES AND OTHER OBJECTS TO CAUSE THE DESIRED AFFECT AND WILL OF THE SORCERER TO BE DONE BY THE RELEASE OF SPIRITUAL POWER THROUGH THINGS.

WITCHCRAFT IS THE USE OF "SPIRITUAL POWER" TO CONTROL, MANIPULATE AND DOMINATE PEOPLE, PLACES OR THINGS.
WITCHCRAFT IN ITS' RELIGIOUS FORM OPERATES WITH AND WORSHIPS "NATURE SPIRITS" AS WELL AS DEMONIC FORCES.

HEBREWS 12:15, "Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble [you], and thereby many be defiled;"

UNFORGIVENESS AND ITS' ROOT OF BITTERNESS IF NOT DEALT WITH CAN DEFILE AND TRANSFER TO MANY.

WHEN SOMEONE WHO IS LOOKED TO AS A LEADER OR HAS A DOMINATE PERSONALITY HAS UNFORGIVENESS THAT HAS TURNED TO A "ROOT OF BITTERNESS" IT WILL SOON TRANSFER AND "POISON" THOSE WHOM THEY INFLUENCE.

ACTUAL CASE:

SOMEONE WHO HAD BEEN HURT BY AN AUTHORITY FIGURE IN THEIR PAST HAS COME INTO THE CHURCH. HE SEEMS TO HAVE A CALL OF GOD UPON HIS LIFE SO THE PASTOR STARTS TO WORK WITH HIM.
IT SEEMS THAT THIS PERSON IS MAKING REAL PROGRESS IN THE THINGS OF GOD.
OTHERS IN THE CHURCH START LOOKING TO THIS PERSON FOR COUNSEL.
A DISAGREEMENT TAKES PLACE BETWEEN THIS PERSON AND THE PASTOR.
DUE TO THE "ROOT OF BITTERNESS" STILL REMAINING IN THIS LIFE SOON A "SPIRIT OF REBELLION AGAINST AUTHORITY" IS SEEN IN THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOOKED TO THIS ONE FOR COUNSEL.

NEXT THE PASTORS AUTHORITY BEGINS TO BE QUESTIONED BY THIS GROUP.
IF NOT STOPPED AND REPENTED OF IT WILL CAUSE THIS ONE TO RUN AWAY TAKING OTHERS WITH HIM OR SPLIT THE CHURCH AND CAUSE MORE HURT AND UNFORGIVENESS IN MANY OTHERS.

THIS PORTION OF SCRIPTURE COULD PRODUCE A BOOK WITHIN ITSELF.
SIMON WAS A MAGICIAN, ONE WHO PRACTICES MAGICK TO CONTROL AND DECEIVE, MAKING HIMSELF IN THE SIGHT OF THE PEOPLE SOMEONE GREAT.
THEREBY HE WAS ABLE TO INFLUENCE THEM BY HIS SPIRIT AND THE SPIRITUAL POWERS THAT HE USED AND THAT WORKED THROUGH HIM.
YET PETER, BY THE HOLY SPIRIT SAW THE ROOT OF BITTERNESS IN HIS LIFE AND COUNTERED IT.
HIS RESPONSE IS VERY COMMON AMONG THOSE WHO ARE STILL IN THE BONDAGE OF "UNRIGHTEOUSNESS" {INCORRECT THINKING, FEELING AND ACTING}.
YOU PRAY FOR ME! INSTEAD OF PRAYING AND REPENTING FOR THEMSELVES, YOU DO IT FOR ME.

IT'S NOT WHAT YOU EAT, BUT WHAT YOU SAY.

MATTHEW 15:10-11 & 16-20, "And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man."
"And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding? Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are [the things] which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man."

THIS NOT ONLY APPLIES TO THE "WORDS" THAT COME OUT OF OUR OWN MOUTHS BUT ALSO THE "WORDS" WE ALLOW TO BE SPOKEN INTO OUR HEARTS AND LIVES BY OTHERS.
WORDS CARRY POWER AND SPIRIT, LIFE OR DEATH, THE SPIRIT OF THE WORLD, THE SPIRIT OF MAN OR THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

SOMETIMES WE MAY HEAR SOMEONE SAY "GOOD THINGS" TO US BUT IT'S NOT COMING FROM THE SPIRIT OF GOD AND CAN DEFILE AND TRANSFER THEIR SPIRIT TO US.

EZEKIEL 13:1-8, "And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts. Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD. They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them: and they have made [others] to hope that they would confirm the word. Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith [it]; albeit I have not spoken? MANY PROBLEMS CAN BE CAUSED WHEN PEOPLE TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO SAY "THUS SAITH THE LORD" WHEN THE LORD IS NOT SPEAKING.
SOMETIMES THEY MAY WANT TO "LOOK SPIRITUAL" TO OTHERS OR MAYBE GET SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING THAT THEY WANT THEM TO DO.
REMEMBER USING SPIRITUAL POWER TO CONTROL, DOMINATE OR MANIPULATE SOMEONE IS WITCHCRAFT AND YES IT GOES ON IN THE CHURCH.
BEWARE OF THOSE WHO APPROACH YOU AFTER A SERVICE OUT IN THE PARKING LOT WITH A "WORD FROM GOD" FOR YOU; IT GENERALLY ISN'T.

WHEN THIS PRACTICE STARTS TAKING PLACE IT ISN'T LONG BEFORE A FAMILIAR SPIRIT WILL COME INTO OPERATION AND GREAT DEFILEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE.

LEVITICUS 19:31, "Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I [am] the LORD your God."

BEWARE OF ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SUBMIT TO PROPER SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY, OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY AND WANTS TO CONTROL THE LIVES OF OTHERS. THEY ARE NOT OF GOD.

ACTS 16:16-18, "And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour."

EVERY WORD SHE SAID WAS TRUE BUT IT WAS NOT FROM THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH.
TODAY WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN HER A POSITION OF "LEADERSHIP" IN MANY OF OUR CHURCHS BECAUSE OF HER GREAT INSIGHT AND SPIRITUAL REVELATION.
IF WHAT YOU HEAR FROM SOMEONE DOES NOT BARE WITNESS IN YOUR SPIRIT GIVING YOU PEACE AND BEING IN LINE WITH THE REVEALED WORD OF GOD DON'T RECEIVE IT.

I JOHN 4:1, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."

DO NOT ALLOW JUST ANYONE TO SPEAK INTO OR OVER YOUR LIFE. KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE.

"POSSESSION" DENOTES IN OUR ENGLISH USE "TOTAL OWNERSHIP" WHICH IS JUST SIMPILY NOT THE CASE.
EVEN IN THE CASE OF THE "GADARENE DEMONIAC" FOUND IN MARK CHAPTER FIVE, HE, THE MAN, HAD ENOUGH POWER OF FREE WILL TO RUN TO JESUS, FALL AT HIS FEET AND WORSHIP HIM.

THE WORD USED THERE IS "DAIMONIZOMAI" AND MEANS "TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OR POWER OF A DEMON".

NO, A CHRISTIAN CANNOT BE DEMON POSSESSED, BUT THEN NEITHER CAN A NONE BELIEVER BE.
PEOPLE CAN BE INFLUENCED, DECEIVED AND AT TIMES EVEN CONTROLLED, BUT NOT POSSESSED.
HOWEVER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND BY THE POWER OF HIS SHED BLOOD WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE POWER TO STOP THEIR INFLUENCE, BREAK THEIR DECEPTION AND END THEIR CONTROL.

BACK TO ACTS 16: "DIVINATION" IS "PUTHON", HERE IS THE ACTUAL DEFINITION AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION FROM THE BLUE LETTER BIBLE.

HAD HE NOT DONE SO THAT SPIRIT WOULD HAVE DEFILED, TRANSFERED AND TAKEN OVER CONTROL OF THAT NEW CHURCH.
THIS ALSO RESULTED IN PAUL BEING THROWN INTO PRISON.

WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT THE SPIRIT OF MAN AND SOME OF THE ASPECTS OF THE SPIRIT OF THE WORLD.
LET US TAKE A VERY BRIEF LOOK AT ANOTHER ASPECT OF THE SPIRIT WORLD, THE SPIRITS OF NATURE OR THE ELEMENTAL SPIRITS.

THE WORD USED FOR "WORLD" IS "KOSMOS" AND REFERS TO "ALL" OF THE "CREATED UNIVERSE" BOTH PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL.
WE FIND THAT THERE IS A SPIRITUAL FORCE OR SPIRIT CONNECTED WITH THE PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF THINGS.

LEVITICUS 18:24-28, "Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit [any] of these abominations; [neither] any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you: (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which [were] before you, and the land is defiled;) That the land spew not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spewed out the nations that [were] before you."

THE LAND ITSELF WILL SPEW YOU OUT OF IT DUE TO THE SEXUAL AND OCCULT PRACTICES THAT ARE DEFILING IT.
THIS GIVES US AN INDICATION THAT THE LAND ITSELF HAS A CONSCIOUSNESS OF WHAT IS HAPPENING ON IT.

ROMANS 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

THESE THINGS ARE ALL "CREATURES" OR "CREATED BEINGS" AND A "SPIRIT" IS CONNECTED TO EACH OF THEM.
THE EARTH ITSELF IS A CREATED BEING AND HAS A SPIRIT OR SPIRITS.
THESE ARE THE "NATURE SPIRITS" WHICH ADAM WAS TOLD TO SUBDUE AND TAKE CONTROL OVER.
THEY ARE NEITHER GOOD OR EVIL. THEY ARE CONTROLLED BY WHO EVER IS IN AND TAKING AUTHORITY OVER THEM.

THE PRACTICE OF "MAGICK" SEEKS TO CONTROL AND MANIPULATE THESE "SPIRITS OF NATURE" OR OF THE WORLD (KOSMOS) TO DO THEIR WILL.

JUST AS MAN IS AN INTERRELATED BEING SO IS THE UNIVERSE.

THE WORD "HOST" MEANS "THE ANGELIC ARMIES OR ARMIES OF SPIRIT BEINGS".

TRUE WITCHCRAFT (WICCA) CENTERS IN ON THIS AREA OF WORSHIP.
IT IS THE WORSHIP OF SPIRITUAL POWER OR BEINGS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL REALM AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANIFEST INTO IT AND AFFECT IT.

IT IS INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT THE VERY PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO BE THE MOST CONCERNED ABOUT "SAVING OUR PLANET" ARE THE VERY ONES WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS' BEING DEFILED.
AIR AND WATER ARE NOT THE MAJOR POLLUTION PROBLEMS ON PLANET EARTH.
RATHER, IT IS THAT OF BEING DEFILIED BY THE SHEDDING OF "INNOCENT BLOOD" (ABORATION AND ETHNIC CLEANSING), "SEXUAL PERVERSION" (INCLUDING HOMOSEXUALITY), AND OCCULT PRACTICES (INCLUDING NATURE WORSHIP).
THESE ARE THE THINGS, COMBINED WITH MAN'S NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND WORDS, THAT DEFILE THE EARTH!

ROMANS 8:19-22, "For the earnest expectation of the creature {CREATION} waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature {CREATION} was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him {ADAM} who hath subjected [the same] in hope, Because the creature {CREATION} itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation {SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL} groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now."

THE INCREASE IN EARTHQUAKES, OUT OF CONTROL WEATHER PATTERNS AND UNKNOWN DISEASES ARE NOT GOD'S JUDGEMENT, AS SOME WOULD TELL US, UPON THE EARTH, BUT RATHER, THE PLANET ITSELF REACTING TO ITS' BEING DEFILIED.

IT IS ALSO INTERESTING TO CONSIDER THAT THE VERY SAME THINGS THAT DEFILE MANKIND ALSO DEFILE THE PLANET THAT WE LIVE ON.

THE WORD "RUDIMENTS" IS "STOICHEION" AND MEANS "THE ELEMENTS OR FIRST PRINCIPLES OF MATTER, THE ELEMENTS FROM WHICH ALL THINGS COME, THE MATERIAL CAUSES OF THE UNIVERSE AND THE SPIRITUAL FORCES CONNECTED TO ITS' MANIFESTATION."

GALATIANS 4:3 & 8-10, "Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:"

THE WORD TRANSLATED HERE AS "ELEMENTS" IS ONCE AGAIN "STOICHEION".

THERE IS A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE "HEAVENLY HOSTS" OF THE ANGELIC, PRINCIPALITIES AND POWERS AND THE EARTHLY HOSTS OF "ELEMENTALS" (NATURE SPIRITS) AND THE DEMONIC.

THE INFLUENCE OF TERRITORIAL "SPIRITS" UPON THE "ELEMENTALS" (NATURE SPIRITS):

MARK 4:35-5:2, "And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? JESUS HAD TOLD HIS DISCIPLES "WE ARE GOING TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE."
AS FAR AS JESUS WAS CONCERNED THEY WERE GOING TO THE OTHER SIDE, HIS DISCIPLES HAD HIS "WORD" ON IT AND THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED.
WHEN THE WIND AND THE WAVES BECAME DANGEROUS THE DISCIPLES PANICKED AND WOKE JESUS UP FROM HIS REST SAYING, "DON'T YOU CARE THAT WE ARE GOING TO DIE?"

JESUS SPOKE TO THE WIND AND THE WAVES AS IF THEY WERE ENTITIES AND NOT JUST MERE RANDOM ACTS OF NATURE.
HE WAS DEALING WITH THE SPIRITUAL FORCES BEHIND THE WIND AND THE WAVES, THE SPIRITS THAT WERE CAUSING THE WINDS AND THE WAVES.
THE SPIRITS THAT WERE TRYING TO STOP HIM FROM GOING OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE.

JESUS, AS THE "SON OF MAN", WAS OPERATING IN THE POWER GIVEN UNTO ADAM TO SUBDUE THE EARTH AND TAKE DOMINION OVER IT.
THE POWER THAT ADAM HAD GIVEN TO SATAN, WHO BECAME THE GOD OF THIS WORLD (TIME) AND WHO IS THE THIEF WHO COMES TO STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY.
THE OUT BREAKS OF NATURE THAT SOME CALL "ACTS OF GOD" ARE REALLY THE DESTRUCTIVE FORCES OF THE THIEF.

YET, WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE POWER AND AUTHORITY TO CONTROL AND DIRECT THE SPIRITS OF NATURE TO DO THE WILL OF GOD AND NOT TO DESTROY.
THIS IS THE REASON THAT PLANTS, ANIMALS AND THE PLANET ITSELF RESPONDS TO THE THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS AND WORDS THAT WE RELEASE UPON IT.
WE DO AFFECT THE SPIRITS OF NATURE IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER BY OUR "WORDS", "THOUGHTS" AND "EMOTIONS".
GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TO THINK ABOUT A NATURAL DISASTER, EARTHQUAKES, STORMS, FIRES, FLOODS OR ANY THING ELSE THEY WILL START TO BELIEVE FOR.
GET THEM TALKING ABOUT THEM AND FLEEING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO HAPPEN AND THEY WILL SURELY HAPPEN.

IN MATTHEW'S GOSPEL WE ARE TOLD THAT THERE WERE TWO MEN WHO MET HIM OUT OF THE TOMBS.
MARK GIVES US THE ONE OF IMPORTANCE, THE ONE THROUGH WHICH THE RULING TERRITORIAL SPIRIT WAS OPERATING, THE ONE WHO CALLED HIMSELF "LEGION".
A ROMAN LEGION IS 6,000 PLUS SOLIDERS, NOT TO MENTION THE SPIRITS IN THE OTHER MAN.
THIS WAS THE "STRONG MAN" WHO CONTROLED THIS AREA.

BASIC TRUTH:

GOD WILL NOT DO IT TO YOU:
GOD WILL NOT DO IT FOR YOU:
GOD WILL DO IT TROUGH YOU:
AND WITHOUT YOU HE WILL NOT DO IT:

THIS IS ALSO TRUE IN THE REALM OF THE DEMONIC.
THEY NEED TO HAVE A HUMAN BEING WHO WILL ALLOW THEM ACCESS INTO THE PHYSICAL REALM AND THIS WAS THE MAN THROUGH WHICH THEY OPERATED IN GADARA.

MARK 5:3-20, "Who had [his] dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any [man] tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. For he said unto him, Come out of the man, [thou] unclean spirit. And he asked him, What [is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name [is] Legion: for we are many. And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country. Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them. And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea. And they that fed the swine fled, and told [it] in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done. And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. And they that saw [it] told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and [also] concerning the swine. And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts. And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him. WHEN THEY REACHED THE OTHER SIDE, IMMEDIATELY, THEY ENCOUNTERED THE "UNCLEAN SPIRIT" THAT WAS CONTROLLING THE AREA.
IT SEEMS THAT THE INDUSTRY OF GADARA WERE SWINE, TO THE JEW, AN UNCLEAN ANIMAL.
WHAT IS PRODUCED IN AN AREA REFLECTS WHAT IS IN CONTROL OF IT.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE UNCLEAN SPIRITS BEGGED OF JESUS TO BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN IN THE "TERRITORY" TO WHICH THEY HELD SWAY AND HAD BEEN MADE TO BE "WELCOMED".
EVEN THOUGH THE POWER OF THE UNCLEAN SPIRITS HAD BEEN BROKEN IN AND OVER THE MAN, THE PEOPLE OF GADARA STILL ALLOWED THEIR INFLUENCE OVER THEIR MINDS AND WALLETS.
THEY REJECTED JESUS AND ASKED HIM TO LEAVE THEIR COMMUNITY, CHOOSING RATHER TO KEEP THEIR UNCLEAN INDUSTRY AND SPIRITS.

IMPARTATIONS:

LET US TAKE A LOOK AT ANOTHER DIMENSION OF THE TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS; THAT OF IMPARTATION.

ROMANS 1:11, "For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual {"PNEUMATIKOS"="ACTIVITY OF SPIRIT OR SPIRITS"} gift {"CHARISMA"="A MANIFESTATION OF DIVINE GRACE RECEIVED WITHOUT MERIT EXPRESSED TO OR THROUGH ONE"}, to the end ye may be established;"

THE WORD FOR "IMPART" IS "METADIDOMI" AND MEANS "TO IMPART, TO GIVE, TO BESTOW, TO SUPPLY, TO APPOINT, TO COMMISSION".
IMPARTATION IS A PURPOSEFUL TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRIT, ANOINTING, OFFICE OR MANIFESTATION OF THE SPIRIT OR SPIRITS.
HOWEVER, IMPARTATION MAY ALSO TAKE PLACE TO A CERTAIN DEGREE BY PROXIMITY OF ASSOCIATION OR RELATIONSHIP.

1 SAMUEL 19:20-24, "And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing [as] appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied. And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also. Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that [is] in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where [are] Samuel and David? And [one] said, Behold, [they be] at Naioth in Ramah. HERE WE SEE THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY SO STRONG IN MANIFESTATION UPON THE PROPHET SAMUEL THAT THOSE COMING INTO HIS PRESENCE WERE CAUSED TO PROPHESY.
THIS WAS NOT A TRUE IMPARTATION BUT A TEMPORARY MANIFESTATION DUE TO BEING IN THE PROXIMITY OF THE PROPHET'S ANOINTING.
MANY TIMES THOSE IN LEADERSHIP AROUND A MINISTRY GIFT AND EVEN THOSE IN RELATIONSHIP TO THEM WILL TAKE ON AND OPERATE IN THE SAME ANOINTING OF THAT GIFT WITHOUT IT BEING IMPARTED TO THEM.
HOWEVER, WHEN THAT RELATIONSHIP OR ASSOCIATION IS NO LONGER IN PLACE THEN THAT ANOINTING WILL NO LONGER OPERATE UPON THEM.

ACTUAL CASE:

AT ONE TIME I PASTORED A CHURCH IN SUN VALLEY CALIFORNIA.
BOTH THE LEADERSHIP AND MANY OF THOSE IN THE CONGREGATION OPERATED IN THE POWER OF THE SAME ANOINTING THAT I DID.
AS LONG AS THEY REMAINED IN A PROPER RELATIONSHIP AND WERE IN ASSOCIATION WITH ME THAT ANOINTING WOULD BE IN MANIFESTATION WHETHER OR NOT I WAS PHYSICALLY PRESENT WITH THEM.
HOWEVER, WHEN THE RELATIONSHIP CHANGED AND THE ASSOCIATION ENDED SO DID "THEIR" ANOINTING.

1 SAMUEL 10:1-6 & 9-11, "Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured [it] upon his head, and kissed him, and said, [Is it] not because the LORD hath anointed thee [to be] captain over his inheritance? AS LONG AS SAUL REMAINED IN PROPER RELATIONSHIP WITH AND UNDER THE SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY OF THE PROPHET SAMUEL HE MOVED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
WHEN SAUL TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO GO BEYOND HIS LINE AND MEASURE AND DISOBEY SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY HE BROKE THE RELATIONSHIP AND ENDED HIS ASSOCIATION WITH THE PROPHET AND ALSO LOST HIS ANOINTING.

1 SAMUEL 16:14, "But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from God troubled him."

BY DISOBEYING AND REJECTING GOD'S SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY SAUL PLACED HIMSELF UNDER "ANOTHER AUTHORITY" WHICH EVENTUALLY BROUGHT HIM TO THE WITCH OF ENDOR AND COST HIM HIS LIFE.

THERE ARE SOME IMPARTATIONS FOR A CERTAIN SEASON OF TIME OR TASK.

LUKE 10:1-11, "After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly [is] great, but the labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. THIS IMPARTATION WAS FOR A TASK AND A CERTAIN SEASON.

HOWEVER, A TRUE IMPARTATION DOES NOT LEAVE BUT WILL REMAIN REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE RECEIVER DOES.

ROMANS 11:29, "For the gifts {"CHARISMA"="A MANIFESTATION OF DIVINE GRACE RECEIVED WITHOUT MERIT EXPRESSED THROUGH OR TO ONE"} and calling {"KLESIS"="THAT WHICH ONE HAS BEEN CALLED TO"} of God [are] without repentance {GOD WILL NOT CHANGE HIS MIND OR WITHDRAW THAT WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN}."

MOSES AND IMPARTATION:

FOR THE ELDERS TO RULE AND JUDGE THE PEOPLE WITH HIM.

NUMBERS 11:16-17 & 24-30, "And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which [is] upon thee, and will put [it] upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear [it] not thyself alone."
"And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that [was] upon him, and gave [it] unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, [that], when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. But there remained two [of the] men in the camp, the name of the one [was] Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they [were] of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, [one] of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, [and] that the LORD would put his spirit upon them! And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel."

TO SET IN ORDER AND COMMISSION THE PRIESTHOOD, AN IMPARTATION OF ANOINTING:

LEVITICUS 8:6-13 & 30, "And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water. And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the curious girdle of the ephod, and bound [it] unto him therewith. And he put the breastplate upon him: also he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim. And he put the mitre upon his head; also upon the mitre, [even] upon his forefront, did he put the golden plate, the holy crown; as the LORD commanded Moses. And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that [was] therein, and sanctified them. And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all his vessels, both the laver and his foot, to sanctify them. And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him. And Moses brought Aaron's sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the LORD commanded Moses."
"And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which [was] upon the altar, and sprinkled [it] upon Aaron, [and] upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons' garments with him; and sanctified Aaron, [and] his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him."

IN NUMBERS 12 WE FIND THAT MOSES IS SPOKEN AGAINST BY HIS BROTHER AND SISTER, AARON AND MIRIAM.
MIRIAM BECAME LEPROUS BUT AARON WAS NOT AFFECTED.
AARON WAS UNDER THE ANOINTING AND WEARING THE SANCTIFIED GARMENTS WHICH PROTECTED HIM.
AS LONG AS HE REMAINED IN THAT ANOINTNG AND THE PRIESTS GARMENTS HE STAYED ALIVE.
WHEN THOSE GARMENTS AND ANOINTING WERE REMOVED HE DIED.

TODAY MANY WHO ARE SPEAKING EVIL AGAINST GOD'S SPIRITUAL AUTHORITIES REMAIN ALIVE BECAUSE OF THE ANOINTING ON THEIR OWN LIVES, NOT BECAUSE GOD AGREES OR IS PLEASED WITH THEM.
SATAN CAN'T KILL THEM AS LONG AS THEY STAY IN THE ANOINTING AND PRIESTS GARMENTS (THEIR PLACE OF MINISTRY) BUT WATCH OUT WHEN THEY GET OUT OF THEIR PLACE AND ANOINTING.
IT IS A DANGEROUS THING TO SPEAK AGAINST THE ANOINTED OF GOD AND HIS SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY.

TO APPOINT A NEW LEADER TO REPLACE HIM:

DEUTERONOMY 31:23 & 34:9, "And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee."
"And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses."

SAMUEL AND THE IMPARTATION FOR "PROPHET KINGS", SAUL AND DAVID:

1 SAMUEL 10:1 & 16:13, "Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured [it] upon his {SAUL} head, and kissed him, and said, [Is it] not because the LORD hath anointed thee [to be] captain over his inheritance?"

"Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah."

ELIJAH'S IMPARTATION OF A DOUBLE PORTION OF HIS "SPIRIT" TO ELISHA:

2 KINGS 2:9-15, "And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: [nevertheless], if thou see me [when I am] taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be [so]. And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, [there appeared] a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw [it], and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces. He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan; And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where [is] the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over. And when the sons of the prophets which [were] to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him."

SOME OF THE IMPARTATIONS' OF JESUS:

MATTHEW 10:1, "And when he had called unto [him] his twelve disciples, he gave them power [against] unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease."

LUKE 1:13-17 & 41, "But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God. And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
"And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the slutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:"

EVEN IN HIS MOTHER'S WOMB, JESUS WAS AND IS "THE BAPTIZER WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.

JOHN 20:21-23, "Then said Jesus to them again, Peace [be] unto you: as [my] Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on [them], and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; [and] whose soever [sins] ye retain, they are retained."

TIME AND SPACE WILL NOT ALLOW ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID ON THIS DIMENSION OF TRANSFERENCE. THESE ARE WRITTEN TO OPEN UP THE EYES OF THE UNDERSTANDING TO A CONTINUING REVELATION OF TRANSFERENCE AND IMPARTATION OF SPIRIT.

LAYING ON OF HANDS:

ONE OF THE FIRST PRINCIPLES OF THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST FOUND IN HEBREWS CHAPTER SIX IS THAT OF "THE LAYING ON OF HANDS".
THE TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS, ANOINTINGS AND IMPARTATIONS ARE OFTEN RECEIVED AND GIVEN THROUGH THIS OPERATION OF MINISTRY.
THE SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLE OF "CONTACT AND TRANSMISSION" COMES INTO OPERATION HERE.

SOME OF THE USES OF LAYING ON OF HANDS:

TO IMPART BLESSINGS:

MARK 10:13-16, "And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and [his] disciples rebuked those that brought [them]. But when Jesus saw [it], he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put [his] hands upon them, and blessed them."

GENESIS 48:13-20, "And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought [them] near unto him. And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid [it] upon Ephraim's head, who [was] the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh [was] the firstborn. And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day, The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth. And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him: and he held up his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim's head unto Manasseh's head. And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this [is] the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head. And his father refused, and said, I know [it], my son, I know [it]: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations. And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh."

TO IMPART THE "GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT" AND TO RELEASE THE SPIRITS' MANIFESTATIONS:

ACTS 8:14-17, "Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Then laid they [their] hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost."

ACTS 9:17-18, "And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, [even] Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized."

ACTS 19:1-7, "And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. And all the men were about twelve."

AT TIMES THE LAYING ON OF HANDS MAY BE USED TO RELEASE THE ANOINTING, GIFT OR AN OPERATION OF THE SPIRIT'S MANIFESTATION ALREADY RESIDENT WITHIN SOMEONE.

FOR THE MINISTRING OF HEALING AND DELIVERANCE:

MARK 1:40-41, "And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth [his] hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed."

MARK 5:22-23 & 39-42, "And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet, And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: [I pray thee], come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live."
"And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying. And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was [of the age] of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment."

MARK 6:4-5, "But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed [them]."

ONCE AGAIN, WHAT WE PERCEIVE A MINISTRY GIFT TO BE AND RECEIVE THEM AS, IS THE DEGREE OF THE ANOINTING THAT WILL FLOW TO US.
JESUS COULD DO NO MIGHTY WORK HERE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE HIM AS WHO HE WAS; GOD'S GIFT TO THEM.

MARK 8:22-25, "And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put [his] hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly."

AS IS THE CASE IN EVERY SITUATION OF MINISTRY WE MUST HAVE EARS TO HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING TO US AND FOLLOW HIS INNER LEADING.
SOMETIMES WE MUST CAST OUT A SPIRT TO GET SOMEONE HEALED.
SOMETIMES WE LAY ON HANDS, SOMETIMES WE SPEAK THE WORD ONLY.
IN GENERAL WE DO NOT LAY ON HANDS WHEN CASTING OUT A SPIRIT. HOWEVER, SOMETIMES THE SPIRIT WILL LEAD YOU TO DO SO.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INNER LEADING OF THE SPIRIT AND REMEMBER EACH CASE IS DIFFERENT AND WILL REQUIRE THE SPIRITS' REVELATION AND GUIDENCE TO DEAL WITH IT.

LUKE 4:40-41, "Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking [them] suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ."

LUKE 13:11-13, "And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up [herself]. And when Jesus saw her, he called [her to him], and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. And he laid [his] hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God."

ACTS 19:11-12, "And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them."

HEALING AND DELIVERANCE ARE VERY MUCH CONNECTED.
HOWEVER, DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF TALKING TO DEMONS.
ONLY ONCE DO THE SCRIPTURES RECORD FOR US JESUS EVER DOING SO AND THAT WAS TO ASK THE NAME OF THE RULING SPIRIT IN THE DEMONIAC OF GARADA.
THE REST OF THE TIME HE TOLD THEM TO SHUT UP AND COME OUT, WE NEED TO DO THE SAME.

IN THE VERY EARLY YEARS OF MINISTRY WE OPERATED ACCORDING TO THE LIMITED REVELATION OF THAT TIME.
WE HAD BEEN TAUGHT TO COMMAND DEMONS TO NAME THEMSELVES AND TALK TO US.
WE ALSO DID PRIVATE DELIVERANCE SESSIONS SOMETHING THAT JESUS NEVER DID AND IS NOT WISE TO DO.
IN ONE SUCH SESSION MY MOTHER AND I WERE MINISTRING TO SOMEONE, CASTING OUT SPIRITS, WHEN SHE SAID "I COMMAND YOU TO TELL ME THE TRUTH YOU LYING DEVIL"! TO WHICH THE DEMON RESPONDED, "I CAN'T, I'M A LYING DEVIL".
AT THAT MOMENT WE STOPPED THAT PRACTICE AND TOLD THAT THING TO SHUT UP AND COME OUT.

MARK 16:17-18, "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils {DEMONS}; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up {CAST DOWN} serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

ALL BELIEVERS ARE TO MINISTER HEALING BY THE LAYING ON OF HANDS AND TO CAST OUT DEMONS (SPIRITS).
IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER THESE SIGNS SHALL FOLLOW YOU.
NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND, BELIEVERS OUT FOLLOWING THE SIGNS.

1 TIMOTHY 5:22, "Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure."

THERE IS ALSO A NEGATIVE SIDE TO THE LAYING ON OF HANDS.
JUST AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE DEFILED THROUGH WORDS BY THE SPIRITS OF OTHERS, SO IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRITS THROUGH THEIR HANDS.
PAUL TELLS US TO "KNOW THEM THAT LABOUR AMONG YOU AND ARE OVER YOU IN THE LORD."
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW WHO IS LAYING HANDS ON YOU AND WHAT THEY ARE.

DO NOT LAY YOUR HANDS ON SOMEONE TO DEAL WITH A SPIRIT OR PROBLEM THAT YOU STILL HAVE UNLESS SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY DIRECTS YOU TO DO SO. OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK AND COULD BECOME DANGEROUS TO THE BOTH OF YOU.
THE USE OF WISDOM IS NEEDED IN THIS AREA. FOLLOW THE INNER "KNOWING" OF THE SPIRIT AND THE DIRECTIONS OF SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY AND YOU WILL BE PROTECTED AND STAY SAFE TO BE USED OF GOD IN MINISTERING TO OTHERS.

ONE OF THE REASONS DEMONS ARE ABLE TO PUT UP A BIG FIGHT IS THAT YOU "BELIEVE" THAT THEY CAN AND THAT THEY WILL, SO THEY ARE ABLE TO DO SO BECAUSE OF WHAT IS BELIEVED.
WHEN JESUS WAS ASKED BY HIS DISCIPLES WHY THEY COULDN'T CAST A CERTAIN DEMON OUT HE ANSWERED THEM "BECAUSE OF YOUR UNBELIEF."
THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY COULD.
ANOTHER REASON IS THAT THE PERSON YOU ARE MINISTERING TO IS STILL IN LEAGUE WITH THEIR SPIRITS. THEY ARE THEIR FRIENDS AND NOT THEIR ENEMIES. GOD WILL NOT DELIVER YOU FROM YOUR FRIENDS, ONLY YOUR ENEMIES.
THE NEXT TWO REASONS ARE ALSO THE CAUSE OF PEOPLE NOT BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
MANY TIMES WE NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THEY CAN RECEIVE AND BE DELIVERED.
"UNFORGIVENESS" AND "OCCULT" INVOLVEMENT THAT HAS NOT BEEN RENOUNCED AND BROKEN.
FORGIVENESS IS AN ACT OF YOUR WILL, YOU CHOOSE TO FORGIVE JUST AS YOU MUST CHOOSE TO RENOUNCE AND REPENT OF PAST OCCULT INVOLVEMENT.

IF YOU FORGIVE OTHERS, YOU WILL BE FORGIVEN.
IF THE SPIRITS THAT ARE BINDING YOU ARE NO LONGER YOUR FRIENDS, YOU CAN BE SET FREE FROM THEM.

THE DEVIL HAS NO POWER; ONLY THE POWER WE GIVE TO HIM.
LET US STOP GIVING HIM POWER AND TELL HIS DEMONS TO SHUT UP AND COME OUT IN JESUS NAME.

TO ORDAIN AND SET IN MINISTRY:

WE HAVE ALREADY LOOKED AT ACTS 6:, SO LET US GO ON TO ACTS 13:1-3, "Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away."

1 TIMOTHY 4:14, "Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery."

2 TIMOTHY 1:6-7, "Wherefore I put thee in rememberance, that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands."

MUCH BENEFIT CAN COME TO US BY THE PROPER USE OF LAYING ON OF HANDS.
AGAIN, FOLLOW THE INNER "KNOWING" IN YOUR SPIRIT AND STAY IN A PROPER RELATIONSHIP TO SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY. PREACH THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM, TAKE DOMINION OVER THE FORCES OF DARKNESS AND SUBDUE THEM WHERE NEEDED.
GO AND REACH THE WORLD FOR JESUS CHRIST:

2 CORINTHIANS 7:1, "Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
