The topic we will be looking into has become a major problem in our society today.
It is epidemic in its scope both in the secular and Church communities across our nation and around the world.
It is the lie of sorcery and the power of "Doctor said" that has brought us into a realm of bondage, sickness and disease, trusting in "drugs" and the magick working of man rather than trusting in the healing and delivering power of the Word of God.
Again let me state that I thank God for Doctors and medicines that can help and keep us alive.
God does use them and there is a place and need for them in many situations.
However, we must be discerning and wise in our understanding of them and in their abuse and misuse.
We have become very quick to take a pill or some type of substance for any and every reason, many times trying to "fix" something on the surface that has a deeper and more serious implication to it.
It is our prayer that God will give us a heart and mind of perception to the Truth of His Word and the understanding of the lie of sorcery and its magickal practices in our present day culture.
THE LIE:
In Galatians 5:20 it is translated as "Witchcraft".
In the rest of its uses it is either translated as "Sorcery' or "Sorceries".
These word meanings can be found in the Strong's Concordance as the numbers 5331, 5332 & 5333.
Their meanings include, "Sorcery", "Witchcraft", "Pharmacy", "Druggist", "A Poisoner", "Spellgiver", "Sorcerer" and "A Practicer of Magick Arts".
Galatians 5:20, Idolatry, witchcraft (5331), hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Revelations 9:21, Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries (5331), nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
Revelations 18:23, And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries (5331) were all nations deceived.
Revelations 21:8, But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers (5332), and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Revelations 22:15, For without [are] dogs, and sorcerers (5333), and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
The word "Pharmakeia" and it's related terms refer to "Drugs" and their inter-related "forms of magick".
Drugs and their use in Magickal practices have gone hand in hand for many millennium.
They are herbal and chemical compounds that are influenced by and at times controlled and connected to the realm of the spirit.
They are widely use in both Pagan and Occult practices.
They can alter our minds and open us up to the spirits that influence and have control over them.
Here we are not just talking about "Street drugs" but also many of the herbal remedies as well as the prescription medications that are given out by Doctors.
In many instances what is really happening is the placing of one spirit on top of another one to control it's effects.
They may seem to work for awhile, but then a new and more powerful drug is needed to override the decreasing or the reverse effects of the previous one.
This is in effect placing one spirit upon another to control the previous spirit.
Causing a deeper and deeper dependence upon the drugs and their spiritual counterparts.
It becomes a cycle of dependence and destruction.
Those that are being treated in this manner become worse as time goes by instead of better.
Today, it seems, we have a pill for everything.
From weight loss to feeling good about yourself.
The problem is that they are not working, but causing more weight gain, depression and hopelessness in the lives of those that are being addicted to them.
Sorcery is the use of things. Drugs, music, charms, games, seeing and hearing word pictures spoken into us by those we hold in a place of respect or authority to control, dominate and manipulate us into doing those things that are purposed for us by others against our will.
Witchcraft operates through the use of spiritual power focused by the mental powers of the will, thoughts and emotions through the use of words spoken and the imaging of the mind, to control, manipulate and dominate, people, places and things.
It is a practice that many "Christians" can fall into by ignorance when they "pray" against another's will to make them do what they want them to do.
God will never force anyone to do anything against their will.
We must never pray, "God make so and so do such and such, in the way that I want them to."
In many situations Sorcery and Witchcraft work together as a team.
The abuse and misuse of drugs, combined with todays music, movies, TV shows, games and the thought pictures given by "words" spoken into our lives by those we respect or associate with have given a great place of power to the Spirit of Sorcery in our modern day society.
It is amazing to me how that "The New Wonder Drugs" are now being advertised on television, radio, news papers, magazines and on the inter-net.
"Just ask your Doctor if this drug is the right one for you".
Doctors are given "free" samples by the drug companies and encouraged to hand them out.
I truly believe that most Doctors care and are really trying to help their patients.
However, to keep up with every "New Drug" and all of their related interactions is almost impossible.
They must rely on the information and sales pitch given them by the drug companies.
I have watched in Doctors offices a steady stream of Drug dealers or company "representativess" come in and out faster then the patients who are there for hours waiting to see the Doctor.
I have observed in a number of cases that many of the drugs that some are taking are in actuality causing the problem that they are talking them for.
Here are just a few examples of what we have discovered.
One pill to stop dizziness has a side effect of causing dizziness.
Many of the anti-depressants have the side effects of causing depression as well as a number of other inter-actions.
Many drugs that inter-act with each other in a negative way are commonly prescribed together.
Many of the "New and Improved High Costing Drugs" do not work as well as the older and less expensive ones.
In fact in many cases they have more side effects and greater inter-actions with other drugs.
A great many of the "new pain relievers" are not as effective as simple aspirin yet cost a small fortune for you to buy them.
Those who are going to several different Doctors for differing reasons may find that one treatment is in conflict with the other.
Always bring "All" the medications and herbal remedies that you are taking to show each Doctor you may be seeing.
This can help them treat you better and may save you much needless suffering and even save your life.
I have observed that in many instances the more Doctors one goes to the sicker that person becomes.
The power of their guesses can cause fear which is negative faith, to cause us to believe and create the very thing we have been told and have begun to fear.
Once I was told by my Doctor a certain thing and it almost produced the thing that he said.
It worked on my mind and began to torment me until I said "enough, the Word of God is The Truth and I am the healed of the Lord, "for by His stripes I am healed'."
The term "Doctor said" has now become in our society equal to the impact of what "The Witch or Shaman has said" in other cultures.
They both give us the diagnosis and possible cure through their care, potions and drugs.
It is called "practicing medicine" and far too many times that just what it is.
Terms like, "we think," "you may have," "It might be," "you could have," are guesses and not facts.
These terms then include, "Let's try this," "Try this pill and we will see what will happen," "Maybe we will need to take some more tests if this dosen't work."
These statements of "I think," "Maybe," "It could be," "Let's try this and see," are the cause of much concern and "the spirit of fear" being released into the lives of many today who are seeking the Doctor's help.
As a result the Doctors offices are filled to capacity with people trying to get past the "I think and could be," to the real problem that they need to be treated for.
In many cases they are being sent to one "Specialist" after another to try and "fix" the new problems that the medications from the last Doctor have created.
Entering into a never ending cycle of more guess work, tests and frustration.
The term "We think it might be Cancer," has become a very over worked and troublesome phrase.
It seems to be used almost as a description for any thing and every thing not yet understood.
I believe it has caused many to embrace it, receive it and perish from the fear of it.
I have seen many who have been healed of the cancer, yet die from the treatments they have received.
I have seen on far to many occasions where a person will go to see four or five different Doctors and receive four or five completely different diagnoses along with totally different courses for treatment.
I have taken people in great need of medical help to clinics where they wait a very long time to see the Doctor, who may or may not come in, only to have them be seen for three to five minutes and handed a pile of scripts for more drugs to deal with their pain and completely ignore the cause of their medical problems.
Just because the "Doctor said" that is not the last word.
Jesus Christ is the Word and He will have the last Word.
Follow your Doctor's instruction, but remember that Doctor Jesus is your healer, not the drugs or potions that you have been given.
Yes, God will use them but He is your healer and your health.
Give Him the Praise and all of the glory for your healing and thank God for good and caring Doctors.
God does use them and the work that they do.
THE REASON:
In the 1800's a group known as the Illuminati, commissioned Albert Pike, a confederate civil war general, to write their over all game plan for world conquest and control.
Their goal is a "One World Government" under the control of a "One World Leader".
This came to be known as "The Protocols of the Illuminati".
They included Three World Wars, the last of which was to be fought between the Christian and Islamic world with the effect of canceling each other out, making the world weary of conflict and war preparing the world for the true manifestation of the pure Luciferian doctrine.
Also drugs were to be introduced into our culture in order to have a greater control over the population.
I have actually read this document and it is loaded with many things that have happened and are even now taking place.
Does any of this ring a bell with you?
It has now become an established fact that most of the money from the sale of "Street Drugs" both here in our country and from across Europe has been going to fund Islamic fundamentalist extremist groups who are bent on terrorist activities to achieve world conquest.
This is not a coincidence, but rather it is a well planned and executed course of action motivated by and financed by those who are seeking their own end goal.
Total World control.
Praise God that He has a different plan and destiny for us in these last days.
Once we understand the lie of the negative we will be able to, by the Spirit, turn it into the positive.
We are not engaged in a warfare of religious ideals, but rather a conflict with a spirit that needs to be bound and broken over our lives, Churches and Nations.
It is the spirit of sorcery, drugs and their workings of magickal control, that must be addressed by the Church in prayer, intercession and spiritual warfare, to stop it's control and break it's power.
Terrorism amounts to the same thing as "Doctor said".
It causes "fear" to believe for the very thing that we have become afraid of, thus allowing that thing to have power and come into being.
We create it by our believing the lie of fear.
God is still in control and if we will believe Him we can and will overcome all fear.
In the late 1950's the spirit of sorcery and the use of drugs started to gain a foot hold in our culture.
By the middle of the 60's it's power was being felt in every area of our society.
With every decade it has expanded itself in new forms, formats and control.
It's main goal is to enslave, control and destroy both our young and old.
To alter, change and abolish our system of values and our past American heritage of freedom and liberty.
Todays street drugs are one of the sources of revenue for terrorist activities, yet they continue to be sold and bought by Americans.
The problem of sorcery goes way beyond the illegal sale and use of these elicit drugs.
It is a mind set and a device of Satan that our society has embraced and it has become so preoccupied with it to the point of worship and obsession with our new "Wonder Cures" of Drugs.
Smoke it, snort it, swallow it, drink it or inject it.
People will do anything to take away their pain and "feel" good even if it is just for a little while.
But the pain does not stop because we are so many times just covering it up and not dealing with the real cause.
Living in the past "hurts" that others have done to you.
Replaying them over and over again in your mind holding on to the "bitterness and unforgiveness" of that thing will cause all types of illness, disease and mental disorders.
Only by forgiving others and ourselves, receiving God's love and forgiveness, can we break the power of "Sorcery" in our lives and find healing and deliverance from all of our pain.
A BLESSING OR CURSE?
God has created man as a triune being.
He was created in the image and likeness of God.
A three fold being, spirit, soul and body.
God has also given us the means of healing, health and deliverance in both the natural, mental and spiritual aspects of our being.
Here are some scriptures concerning God's natural medicine.
Genesis 1:11, And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, [and] the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed [is] in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
Genesis 1:12, And the earth brought forth grass, [and] herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed [was] in itself, after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good.
Genesis 1:29, And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Genesis 1:30, And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein [there is] life, [I have given] every green herb for meat: and it was so.
Genesis 2:5, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and [there was] not a man to till the ground.
Genesis 3:18, Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
Genesis 9:3, Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
Deuteronomy 32:2, My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
Job 38:27, To satisfy the desolate and waste [ground]; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?
Psalms 104:14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
Hebrews 6:7, For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
Many of our present day drugs are compounds created from the original herbel medicines that God created for us to cause us be in health, cure imbalances and help us to remain in health.
However, when taking them out from their intended form they can become a dangerous drug and not the blessings that they were intended by God to be.
Drugs and herbs can be a benefit or a curse to us depending on their source and intentions of use.
We find in Genesis 3:17-18, that the ground (earth and soil of it) was placed under a curse and it would bring forth weeds, thorns, thistles and herbs.
Many of the drugs and herbs that are used and misused today come from these sources and are the direct result of a curse.
Marijuana seems to produce a liberal mind set.
Those who use this drug after a time all seem to think, adhere to and embrace a similar standard of moral values.
It is the communistic drug of choice.
It is very popular as a tool of infiltration to bring about a liberal point of view.
Each drug compound carries with it a certain attitude (spirit) that those who continue in it's use seem to share in common.
Speed will produce rage, fear, violence and depression.
The same results (spirits) are found in cocaine, crack and crank.
The psychedelic compounds such as LSD, THC and a variety of others are extremely dangerous to someone who does not know what they are doing with them.
Those who do become extremely dangerous to everyone around them.
As they produce an opening up into the realm of the occult and the operations of the spirit of witchcraft.
To go through and list all of the effects and spirits that are connected to all the various drugs, herbs and chemical compounds that are being misused would require an encyclopedia.
Let me state this, "there is no such thing as recreational drug use."
It is dangerous and opens one up to the spirit world of darkness and brings the user under a curse.
There can be benefits however, when certain drugs, herbs and alcohol are used in the treatment of illness, sickness and disease.
Used under a Doctor's care and in moderation with the correct intent they can be a blessing.
Used in excess and for the wrong reasons they will produce a curse.
Even alcohol used in excessive amounts can bring one under the control of the spirit of alcoholism and become a curse.
Proverbs 20:1, Wine [is] a mocker, strong drink [is] raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.
Ephesians 5:17-18, Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Yes, Jesus turned the water into wine and not grape juice.
He, Himself, drank wine; we have scripture concerning that fact.
Paul did tell Timothy to drink a little wine for his stomachs sake.
Drunkenness is however, another matter.
Proverbs 23:29-35, Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?
They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.
Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, [when] it moveth itself aright.
At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.
Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast.
They have stricken me, [shalt thou say, and] I was not sick; they have beaten me, [and] I felt [it] not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again.
Wounds without cause?
Alcohol abuse can loosen the tongue to say and speak many harmful and wounding things both about ourselves and others.
Proverbs 31;6-7, Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
Let him drink and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
The spirit of addiction and misuse of drugs and alcohol is a very real problem in the World and in the Church today.
We can no longer ignore it and pretend that "Christians" do not have these challenges and problems.
They do!
But God has an answer and His delivering and restoring power will set us free.
GOD'S CURE:
People tend to misuse and abuse drugs and alcohol to deal with the pain, abuse and hurts of their past.
Any thing to stop even for a little while the hurt, depression, emptiness and hopelessness that they feel.
These spirits become their friends and are counted on for some temporary relief.
Psalms 139:21-22, Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
God will not deliver you from your friends, only your enemies.
Until you count that spirit as your enemy you can not be delivered from it.
It wasn't until I counted heroin as my enemy that I could be delivered from it.
Twelve Step programs work up to a point.
They work because they are founded upon spiritual principles.
The program works only if you work the program and replace your addiction with a new addiction to the program.
You are always one step away from your addiction.
If you do not come to know God as who He really is and not your own understanding or perception of Him, you will always remain one step away from your addiction.
Once an addict, always an addict may be true in the world of AA and NA but not in the Kingdom of God.
Jesus Christ came to set the captives free and make of us a new creation, all of the old is past and forgiven, and in Him, all things are become new.
The addiction prone personality was created by God for a Divine perpose.
They most often have a call of God upon their lives for ministry.
In 1 Corinthians 16:15b, Paul tells us that "the house of Stephanas....they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,"
This is the only addiction that is in the plan and purpose of God.
We need to see past someones present problems.
Reach out in love to them and not judge them.
They may be your Pator for tomorrow.
When you see and deal with this type of person, remember they are in their present condition because they have a destiny to fullfil and Satan is trying to destroy them before they they can receive a revelation of the truth and enter in to God's call of destiny.
God has a different set of steps. Here they are.
STEP ONE:
Your enemies are God's enemies!
As long as they are your friends you can not be delivered from them.
STEP TWO:
Renounce them as your enemies and ask for forgiveness for allowing their control over your life.
Forgive any and all of those who have hurt you in the past.
The past is now past and we must let go of it to move on into our future.
STEP THREE:
Choose to let go of all of your past hurts and begin to renew your mind to God's Word and His future for you.
STEP FOUR:
Renounce the past and everyone's part in it.
Renounce any and all occult involvement.
Including the abuse and misuse of drugs and alcohol.
STEP FIVE:
Confess who you are in Christ and not what you feel like or how things seem to look like in your present circumstances that you are in at the moment.
STEP SIX:
Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord over every area of your life.
His shed blood is sufficient for you.
Then command the power of those spirits to be broken over your life and mind, bind their control and command them to come out in the Name of Jesus Christ!
STEP SEVEN:
Begin to rejoice, praise and thank God that He is even now delivering, healing your past hurts and setting you free.
AND
There are many different reasons why the power and spirit of sorcery has gained such great inroads both in the world and in the Church today. One thing however, stands out above all the rest. We will need to look at the problem and the process of the wounding of the spirit that is effecting so many. Many have received deep woundings and damage to their spirits as the result of words spoken into and about their lives along with the abuse, misuse and actions that have scared and wounded their minds and spirits. Thank God that Jesus is the deliver and healer of broken hearts. Forgiveness is a fact, it is an act, a choosing to do, an act of the will, not a feeling or an emotion. We must choose to forgive and release our past in order to be healed of it and proceed on into our future destiny. This is one of the major obstacles of being stuck and not being able to move forward into our true destiny and call of God. This is the reason that sorcery and alcohol abuse are so greatly rising. We will look in this section on how the spirit can be wounded and how God whats to heal you and make you whole.
It is the wounding of our spirits that has and is the cause of much of our sickness, disease and our inability to receive God's healing and delivering power to be manifested in and through our lives.
Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 7:1, that we are to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, this is the process of healing the wounded spirit.
Much of our inability to get free, delivered and be in health is due to these past hurts and our unforgiveness concerning them.
It is the attempt to deal with the hurts and pain that only God has the answer for and power to do something about, in and through our lives, in order to set us free.
Proverbs 19:14, The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?
The power of words, spoken to us and about us and the spirits that those words can release, have the power to "crush", "damage" and "wound" our spirits.
A wounded spirit will not be able to stand against the attacks of sickness, disease and the mental torments that the enemy will throw at it.
Jesus said that, "It's not what goes into the mouth that defiles a man, but that which comes out of the mouth that defiles a man."
"For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks."
This applies not only to the thoughts and words we say about ourselves, but also the words that others say about and to us.
We have all heard the old clique that "Sticks and stones may brake my bones, but words will never harm me."
Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Proverbs 25:15 says that "By long forbearing is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone."
Words cannot only brake your bones, they can kill you.
Proverbs 18:20-21, "A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; [and] with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
What you hear will influence what you think.
What you continue to hear and think will become what you believe.
What you start to believe will cause you to speak and act accordingly, producing the very things you hear, think, believe and speak.
Proverbs 6:2 tells us that "We are snared with the words of our mouth, we are taken with the words of our mouth."
Here are just some of the scriptures that deal with this matter.
Proverbs 10:11, 14, 18-21, 31-32, "The mouth of a righteous [man is] a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked."
"Wise [men] lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction."
"He that hideth hatred [with] lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, [is] a fool."
"In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips [is] wise."
"The tongue of the just [is as] choice silver: the heart of the wicked [is] little worth."
"The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom."
"The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out."
"The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked [speaketh] frowardness."
It has been said that "If you repeat a lie long enough people will believe it to be true".
We have listened over and over again to the Father of lies, received his thoughts and accepted them as the truth.
We have heard the Spirit of the World speaking to us through our families, friends and those we have placed in positions of authority looking to them for answers and help for our pain and disease.
We have heard "Doctor said" and others say "things will never change," "You have no hope!" Along with many other hurtful and "wounding" remarks until we have believed those lies and spoke them out about ourselves and began to act like they were true.
God's Word is The Truth and and everything contrary to His Word is not The Truth.
A lie may appear real for the moment, but it is only temporary and will not endure in the eternal destiny of God for our lives.
Proverbs 12:6, 13-14, 18-19, 22-23, 25, "The words of the wicked [are] to lie in wait for blood: but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them."
"The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble."
"A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him."
"There is that speaketh like the piercing of a sword: but the tongue of the wise [is] health."
Those words that pierce like a sword wound the spirit.
The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but the lying tongue [is] but for a moment."
"Lying lips [are] abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly [are] his delight."
"A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness."
"Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad."
Proverbs 10:12, "Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins."
1 Peter 4:8, "And above all things have fervent charity ("agape" = God's love) among yourselves: for charity (God's love) shall cover the multitude of sins."
Many wounding hurts occur because of words that are brought forth in judgement. criticalness and in the discovering of the faults and the assumed sins of others.
This is following after the accuser of the brethren and not after God. God's love covers and it casts into His sea of forgetfulness all of our past faliures, hurts and sins.
Proverbs 17:9, "He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth [very] friends."
Proverbs 11:13, "A talebearer revealeth secerts: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter."
Proverbs 13:2-3, 5, 12, 13-14, 16, 19, "A man shall eat good by the fruit of [his] mouth: but the soul of the transgressors [shall eat] violence."
"He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: [but] he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction."
"A righteous [man] hateth lying: but a wicked [man] is loathsome, and cometh to shame."
"Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but [when] the desire cometh, [it is] a tree of life."
"Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded."
"The law of the wise [is] a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death."
"Every prudent [man] dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open [his] folly."

"The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness."
"A wholesome tongue [is] a tree of life: but perverseness therein [is] a breach in the spirit."
"The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish [doeth] not so."
"Correction [is] grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: [and] he that hateth reproof shall die."

To have rule over your own spirit is to have control over your tongue and the words that it speaks.
David, the King, was called by God "A man after His own heart".
We find that David was very careful about the words he spoke both about himself and about others.
Proverbs 17:20, 22, 24, 27-28, "He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief."
'A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."
"Wisdom [is] before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool [are] in the ends of the earth."
"He that hath knowledge spareth his words: [and] a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit."
"Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: [and] he that shutteth his lips [is esteemed] a man of understanding."
Proverbs 18:2, 4, 6-8, 12-13, "A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself. The words of a man's mouth [are as] deep waters, [and] the wellspring of wisdom [as] a flowing brook."
'A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes."
"A fool's mouth [is] his destruction, and his lips [are] the snare of his soul."
"The words of a talebearer [are] as wounds, and they go down, into the innermost parts of the belly."
"Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour [is] humility."
"He that answereth a matter before he heareth [it], it [is] folly and shame unto him."
Proverbs 19:11, "The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and [it is] his glory to paass over a transgression."
Proverbs 20:19, 22, 27, "He that goeth about [as] a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips."
"Say not thou, I will recompense evil; [but] wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee."
"The spirit of man [is] the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly."
Proverbs 21:23, "Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue, keepeth his soul from troubles."
Proverbs 25:8-11, 18, 28, "Go not forth hastily to strive, lest [thou know not] what to do in the end thereof, when thy neighbour hath put thee to shame."
"Debate thy cause with thy neighbour [himself]; and discover not a secret to another:"
"Lest he that heareth [it] put thee to shame, and thine infamy turn not away."
"A word fitly spoken [is like] apples of gold in pictures of silver."
"A man that beareth false witness against his neighbour [is] a maul, and a sword, and a sharp arrow."
"He that [hath] no rule over his own spirit [is like] a city [that is] broken down, [and] without walls."
Without a guard on our lips and the guarding of our hearts we are open to any and all attacks that may come through.
Proverbs 26:17-28, "He that passeth by, [and] meddleth with strife [belonging] not to him, [is like] one that taketh a dog by the ears."
"As a mad [man] who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death,"
"So [is] the man [that] deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?"
"Where no wood is, [there] the fire goeth out: so where [there is] no talebearer, the strife ceaseth."
"[As] coals [are] to burning coals, and wood to fire; so [is] a contentious man to kindle strife."
The words of a talebearer [are] as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly."
"Burning lips and a wicked heart [are like] a potsherd covered with silver dross."
"He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him;"
"When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for [there are] seven abominations in his heart."
"[Whose] hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the [whole] congregation."
"Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him."

Proverbs 20:11, 20, "A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise [man] keepeth it in till afterward."
"Seest thou a man [that is] hasty in his words? [there is] more hope of a fool than of him."
I have known people, who in trying to get ride of their past hurts, wounds and pain, try and con Doctors with lies about their illness and pain, in order to get drugs to make them no longer feel the pain until they have produced that very sickness and pain in their bodies by the "words" that they have spoken about themselves.
They no longer need to lie, they are now dying with the very things that they have spoken into being.
The Spirit of Sorcery (Drugs) and their wounded spirits have deceived them and they are now in the process of destroying their lives.
Another very real danger is the words spoken out by others about you.
In Mark Chapter 11, Jesus curses the fig tree before it has the chance to bear fruit.
Latter, when his disciples questioned him about it, he brought them a teaching on believing and saying, praying, believing that you have received and forgiving.
The main thrust of his teaching however, was on "words" spoken.
I can feel it when people are talking about me.
There is a build up of spiritual pressure in the atmosphere around me.
I have learned to cruse the power of "words" spoken about me, my family, our fellowships and loved ones, that are not in line with the Word of God, not brought forth by the Love of God and not motivated by the Spirit of God.
Casting them down and commanding that they bear no fruit.
Forgiving those that are speaking these things but refusing to allow the power of their words and thoughts to bear fruit in my life.
This sometimes will need to be done on a regualar basis.
The power of Words spoken by other's can damage and affect you.
But the most serious words that can affect you are the words spoken out of your own mouth.
Thank God we can ask for forgivness and cleansing for these words and cast them down as we do with the words of other's and command that they bear No Fruit!
Years ago I asked God a question cocerning one of His Ministry Gifts, why he fell.
The answer was amazing to me.
"He feel because that is what the church was constantly speaking about him and they will bear much of the blame for his fall."
This is not to remove his part in the fall, but rather, to understand, that our words and judgements can and do affect others.
The Apostle Paul warns us in Galatians 5:13-15, "For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only [use] not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another."
"For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."
"But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another."
In the course of writting this book I received tainted medication's from Doctor's twice and almost died.
It does not matter what the Doctor's or any one else says, Jesus Christ is the True and LIving Word of God. He Is the First and last Word and He has already declared "That by His strips we WERE already healed.
That means we are now healed!
Hear His Word, Receive His Word, Believe His Word, Confess His Word and be Healed and Delivered NOW In Jesus Name!
