THERE IS A PROCESS OF DISCOVERY THAT IS IMPERATIVE IN BECOMING THE EXPRESSED WILL, PLAN AND PURPOSE OF GOD FOR AND THROUGH OUR LIVES. THIS TAKES PLACE ON THREE LEVELS OF RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR MASTER AND KING.

THE FIRST IS TO BE A WORSHIPPER.

"FOR SUCH THE FATHER SEEKS."

THE SECOND IS TO BECOME A WARRIOR. IT IS ONLY THEN THAT WE ARE READY TO BECOME A WORKER IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE HEARD THE EXPRESSION, WE ARE DOING A WORK FOR JESUS, WHEN IN FACT WE WERE DOING SOMETHING OF OUR OWN MAKING AND NOT A WORK FOR OR BY JESUS AT ALL!
SATAN ALWAYS TRIES TO GET US TO TAKE A SHORT CUT OUT OF OUR GARDEN EXPERIENCE TO GET US TO DO IT ON OUR OWN BEFORE WE DISCOVER WHO AND WHAT WE ARE.
WHEN WE BYPASS GOD'S PLAN AND METHOD WE WILL FAIL.
BEFORE WE CAN BE A WORKER WE MUST BECOME A WARRIOR AND BEFORE WE CAN BECOME A WARRIOR WE MUST BE A WORSHIPPER.
TODAY WE ARE DOING THINGS BACKWARDS AND WE ARE SEEING MANY SERVANTS OF GOD FALLING, FAILING AND BEING DEFEATED BECAUSE WE ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE PLAN, PURPOSE AND PROGRAM OF GOD.

JOHN 4:23-24, "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth."

GOD IS LOOKING FOR AND SEEKING WORSHIPPERS, NOT BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO BE WORSHIPPED, BUT BECAUSE IT IS ONLY THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS THAT WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE REVELATION AND VISION OF WHO AND WHAT THE FATHER HAS CREATED AND CALLED THEM TO BE.

1 JOHN DECLARES THAT "GOD IS LOVE", HE IS THE CREATOR; LOVE CREATES.
GOD CREATES BY HIS LOVE RELEASING HIS SEED, (THE WORD) WHICH IS HIS IMAGE, TO PRODUCE HIS LIKENESS.
MAN'S PURPOSE IN RECEIVING HIS LOVE IS TO RECEIVE HIS CREATIVE POWER.

WORSHIP IS TO GIVE AND TO RECEIVE.
RECEIVING FIRST HIS LOVE AND RESPONDING BACK TO HIM IN GIVING WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.

LOVE MUST BE FREELY RECEIVED AND RESPONDED TO IN ORDER TO PROPERLY PRO-CREATE.

AS IT IS ABOVE SO IT IS BELOW.

THE HUSBAND AND WIFE RELATIONSHIP IS TO BE A REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY OF WORSHIP.
IN TRUE LOVE MAKING THE IMAGE OF THAT LOVE IS TO BE REPRODUCED.

IN THE WORDS OF THE POPULAR WEDDING SONG "WOMAN DRAWS HER LIFE FROM MAN AND GIVES IT BACK AGAIN, AND THERE IS LOVE."
IN RECEIVING AND GIVING THERE IS A FLOW OF CREATIVE POWER.
"EVERYTHING AFTER IT'S OWN KIND."
RECEIVING FROM GOD PRODUCES A FLOW OF GIVING TO GOD RESULTING IN A NEW CREATION.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE IS WHAT YOU CAN GIVE OR RESPOND TO AND THAT WHICH WILL BE REPRODUCED, BE IT LIFE OR DEATH, DEPENDING ON THAT WHICH IS RECEIVED!

WHAT IS WORSHIP?

WORSHIP IS ANY ACTION, DEED OR MOTIVATION THAT ESTABLISHES THE RELATIVE POSITION BETWEEN THE WORSHIPPER AND THAT WHICH IS WORSHIPPED.

WORSHIP IN THE SPIRIT IS THE OPENING OF MY SPIRIT TO THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN HIS MANIFESTED PRESENCE.

ALLOWING A FLOW OF LIFE, REVELATION, VISION, LOVE AND INTIMACY (IN TO ME SEE) TO TAKE PLACE.

IT IS HERE THAT WE HEAR AND SEE OUR PURPOSE AND DESTINY.

"FAITH COMES BY HEARING, AND HEARING BY THE WORD (RHEMA) OF GOD."

IT IS IN HIS PRESENCE THAT WE ARE CHANGED AND RECEIVE HIS FAITH TO SEE AND BECOME WHAT WE ALREADY ARE.

PSALMS 16:11, "Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore."

ROMANS 14:17, "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."

NEHEMIAH 8:10c, "for the joy of the Lord is your strength."

EPHESIANS 6:10, "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might."

1 THESSALONIANS 5:16-20, "Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings."

PHILIPPIANS 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord always: [and] again I say, Rejoice."

PSALMS 9:2-3, "I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence."

HEBREWS 13:15, "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of [our] lips, giving thanks to his name."

PSALMS 22:3, "But thou [art] holy, [O thou] that inhabitest the praises of Israel."

IT IS THROUGH PRAISE AND WORSHIP THAT MUCH OF OUR TRUE SPIRITUAL WARFARE THAT RESULTS IN VICTORY WILL TAKE PLACE.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE IS NOT JUST BINDING AND LOOSING, INTERCEDING AND REBUKING THE DEVIL. THESE ARE A PART BUT ONLY A SMALL PART OF TRUE WARFARE.

WARFARE MAY TAKE ON MANY DIFFERENT SHAPES AND FORMS BUT IT NEEDS TO START IN THE PLACE OF PRAISE AND THEN WORSHIP FOR IT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE BOTH FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND THEN FOR THE CORPORATE.

IT MAY BE EXPRESSED THROUGH SINGING, DANCING, SHOUTING, MUSIC, PROPHECY, LAUGHING, GIVING, SPEAKING IN TONGUES OR IN ANY OF A NUMBER OF OTHER DIFFERENT WAYS.

THAT WHICH MAY APPEAR FOOLISH TO US IN THE NATURAL MAY BE JUST THE THING THAT THE SPIRIT WILL USE TO BRING US ON INTO A DEEPER LEVEL OF BREAKTHROUGH, DELIVERANCE AND VICTORY.

IT IS IN HIS MANIFESTED PRESENCE THAT HIS AND YOUR ENEMIES WILL FALL BACK AND BE CONSUMED.
HIS ENEMIES HAVE BECOME YOUR ENEMIES AND YOUR ENEMIES ARE NOW HIS ENEMIES!
AS WE RELEASE THE PRESENCE OF THE LIVING GOD, WHO IS ON THE INSIDE OF US, HE WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON THAT WHICH IS NOT OF HIM AND THAT WHICH SEEKS TO KILL AND TO DESTROY US.

AS WE PRAISE AND THANK OUR KING WE MOVE CLOSER TO THE PLACE OF SPIRITUAL RELEASE AND FINALLY INTO WORSHIP: THE RELEASE OF HIS MANIFESTED PRESENCE INTO AND THROUGH OUR LIVES.

IT IS HERE THAT "WE WILL DRAW WATER WITH JOY OUT OF THE WELLS OF SALVATION AND IN THAT DAY WE SHALL SAY ... PRAISE THE LORD."

THE PRESENCE OF GOD IS ON THE INSIDE OF US.
THE RIVER OF LIFE IS WITHIN US. IT IS THROUGH PRAISE, THANKSGIVING AND WORSHIP THAT THE RIVER IS RELEASED AND HIS PRESENCE IS MANIFESTED INTO OUR ATMOSPHERE.
THIS WILL PRODUCE A GREATER CONFIDENCE IN OUR MINDS AND HEARTS THAT TRULY "GREATER IS HE THAT IS WITHIN US THEN HE THAT IS IN THIS WORLD OR TIME."

IT HELPS US TO TAKE HOLD OF GOD'S DESTINY AND BRING IT INTO OUR PRESENT STATE OF BEING.
OUR ETERNAL FUTURE IS TO BEGIN "NOW".

2 CORINTHIANS 4:17-18, "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, [even] as by the spirit of the Lord."

IT IS IN WORSHIP THAT WE SEE HIM FACE TO FACE IN THE EYES OF OUR SPIRIT AND ARE CHANGED INTO THE IMAGE OF THE NEXT LEVEL OF GLORY.

HEBREWS 12:2, SPEAKS OF JESUS ENDURING THE CROSS BECAUSE OF THE "JOY" THAT WAS SET BEFORE HIM.
"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."

WHAT WAS THAT JOY THAT WAS SET BEFORE HIM?
IT WAS THE VISION OF YOU AND ME ENTERING THE KINGDOM AND WORSHIPPING THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
IT WAS THE PICTURE OF "HOPE" OF WHAT WOULD BE IN THE FUTURE.
HOPE IS THE PICTURE WE HAVE ON THE INSIDE OF US.
IT IS GOD'S VISION IN OUR MINDS.
HERE WE SEE "JOY" CONNECTED TO "HOPE" (VISION) OF THE FUTURE.
WE MUST SEE WHAT WE WILL BE AND WHERE WE ARE GOING INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT HOW THINGS ARE AT THE PRESENT MOMENT.

THE JOY OF THE LORD, WHICH IS OUR STRENGTH, IS IN HIS SPIRIT AND MUST BE RELEASED BY AN ACT OF OUR WILL OUT OF US BY PRAISE, THANKSGIVING AND WORSHIP.
ACTING IN A MANNER THAT IS MANY TIMES OPPOSITE TO WHAT WE MAY BE FEELING, HEARING OR SEEING IN THE NATURAL AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT.

IN ACTS 16:22-34, WE HAVE A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF THIS.
"And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat [them]. And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast [them] into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed [their] stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house."

INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING AND SAYING, "WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO US?" "WE ARE DOING THE WILL OF GOD!" "I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND." "WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO NOW?" "WHAT AN AWFUL MESS!"
RATHER, THEY SANG PRAISES OUT LOUD TO GOD, NOT LOOKING AT OR GOING BY WHAT THEY PRESENTLY SAW, FELT AND WERE EXPERIENCING.
THIS IS THE KEY TO WARFARE AND VICTORY IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE.

IT IS THROUGH PRAISE AND WORSHIP (ALSO PRAYING AND SINGING IN THE SPIRIT) THAT WHAT SATAN HAS MEANT FOR EVIL CAN BE TURNED AROUND FOR GOOD AND CHANGED INTO A VICTORY.

IN JOHN 4 JESUS SAID THAT THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS WOULD WORSHIP THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
THE WORD HERE FOR "TRUTH" ALSO MEANS "REALITY".
REALITY IS WHAT GOD HAS SAID, EXPRESSED AND REVEALED, NOTHING ELSE.

JESUS SAID, "YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE."

THE TRUE WORSHIPPER WILL NOT LOOK AT THE APPEARANCE OF THINGS, BUT RATHER LOOK AT THE REALITY OF THE SITUATION, THAT WHICH GOD HAS SAID.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:18, "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal."

WHEN ONE BECOMES A TRUE WORSHIPPER ONE WILL ALSO OF NECESSITY NEED TO BECOME A WARRIOR.
TRUE WORSHIP AND WARFARE GO HAND IN HAND. ONE WILL LEAD YOU INTO THE OTHER.

THE TRUE WORSHIPPER WILL "CALL THOSE THINGS WHICH BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE:"
AS FAR AS GOD IS CONCERNED "THEY ALREADY ARE" BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT HE HAS DECLARED THEM TO BE.
WHEN WE AGREE WITH GOD AND SAY WHAT HE HAS SAID IT WILL BEGIN TO TAKE US ON INTO OUR DESTINY.
OUR FUTURE BECOMES OUR NOW!

PRAISE AND WORSHIP WILL HELP US TAKE HOLD ON REALITY AND IN SO DOING DEFEAT EVERY ATTACK AND LIE OF THE DEVIL.

IN HEBREWS 9:3-5, WE FIND A MOST AMAZING THING,
"And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein [was] the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly."

THE ALTER OF INCENSE WAS IN FRONT OF THE VEIL IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. IT WAS FROM HERE THAT THE HIGH PRIEST WOULD TAKE HOT COALS FROM OFF THE ALTER, PLACE THEM IN THE GOLDEN CENSER, ADD INCENSE ON TOP OF THEM AND BRING THEM WITHIN THE VEIL ALONG WITH THE BLOOD OF ATONEMENT.
HERE IN HEBREWS THE GOLDEN CENSER RESIDES WITHIN THE VEIL.
THE INCENSE IS THE PRAISE AND PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS AND IT IS THROUGH PRAISE AND WORSHIP THAT WE ENTER IN BEHIND THE VEIL.
THE VEIL HAS BEEN RENT TO LET GOD OUT AND US IN.

"IT IS FINISHED."

BY THE SHED BLOOD OF JESUS THE VEIL IS TORN AWAY AND NOW THE THRONE OF GOD RESIDES WITHIN THE TEMPLE OF GOD, THE CHURCH, THE DWELLING PLACE OF GOD.
IT IS THROUGH PRAISE AND WORSHIP WE RELEASE FROM WITHIN US THE PRESENCE OF THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD.

AS A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD WE ARE TO OFFER UP THE SACRIFICE OF PRAISE, EVEN THE CALVES (WORDS) OF OUR LIPS, BEFORE OUR GOD CONTINUALLY.
NO LONGER BLOOD SACRIFICES BUT THE SACRIFICES OF THANKSGIVING, PRAISE AND WORSHIP.
THIS IS THE MINISTRY OF THE TRUE WORSHIPPER, GIVING THANKS, ALWAYS, IN ALL THINGS UNTO OUR GOD AND KING.

 

SECTION TWO:

A WARRIOR IS ONE WHO IS WILLING TO FIGHT FOR THAT WHICH HAS BEEN PROMISED.
A SOLDIER WHO STAYS FOCUSED ON THE BATTLE AT HAND WITH THE INTENT OF WINNING THE TOTAL VICTORY.

THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED CHRIST HAVE ENTERED INTO ETERNAL LIFE.
WHAT IS ETERNAL LIFE?
IT IS THE VERY NATURE AND QUALITY OF GOD'S LIFE, IT IS TIMELESS, NEVER ENDING, ETERNAL "NOW".

GOD IS OUTSIDE OF TIME AND ALSO IN TIME.
HE IS THE GOD OF THE FUTURE AND OF THE PAST.
HE IS THE ETERNAL GOD OF THE PRESENT, RIGHT NOW, TODAY!

"TODAY, IF YOU WILL HEAR HIS VOICE, WHILE IT IS STILL CALLED TODAY, TODAY, NOW FAITH IS, TODAY."

THE WARRIOR MUST LEARN TO DISCIPLINE THE MIND, STAYING FOCUSED ON WHAT IS AT HAND.

THE CHALLENGE OF THE WARRIOR IS TO STAY FOCUSED ON THE PRESENT "NOW" WITH THE REALITY OF GOD'S FUTURE INVADING THE PRESENT NOW.

SATAN WILL TRY TO GET US TO GO BACK TO YESTERDAY AND BASED UPON OUR PAST FAILURES AND DEFEATS PROJECT AN EVIL TOMORROW.

YOU HAVE TO BE HERE IN ORDER TO HEAR.
"FAITH COMES BY HEARING," IF YOU ARE NOT HERE YOU WILL NOT HEAR.

MANY OF OUR CONVERSATIONS ARE NEVER HEARD BECAUSE DURING THE COURSE OF THEM WE ARE TOO BUSY THINKING ABOUT WHAT WE ARE GOING TO SAY NEXT TO HEAR WHAT IS BEING SAID.
WE ARE NOT PRESENT (HERE) TO THE MOMENT SO WE CAN NOT HEAR.

THIS CAN ALSO HAPPEN IN OUR TIMES OF PRAYER. WE SPEAK AND SPEAK BUT NEVER GET QUIET AND FOCUSED SO THAT WE MAY HEAR.

THINGS THAT WILL TAKE US OUT OF THE PRESENT MOMENT AND GET US INTO THE PAST OR A FALSE FUTURE WILL ROB US OF OUR VICTORY "NOW".

WE ARE IN A TIME OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP, EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR CORPORATELY AND OUR MINDS ARE EVERYWHERE IN THE UNIVERSE BUT WHERE WE ARE AND ON WHAT WE ARE DOING AT THE MOMENT.

THE WORD OF LIFE IS GOING FORTH AND OUR MINDS ARE ON EVERYTHING ELSE THAT WE CAN THINK OF.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO EAT AFTER THE MEETING?
WHO IS HERE? WHO IS NOT HERE? "THEY REALLY NEED TO BE HERE FOR THIS ONE". "LOOK AT WHAT THAT ONE IS DOING."
EVERYTHING ELSE BUT WHAT WE ARE DOING OR HEARING AT THE MOMENT.

THIS KEEPS US FROM BEING HERE SO THAT WE CAN HEAR.
WE HAVE TO BE HERE IN ORDER TO "HEAR" AND "FAITH COMES BY HEARING."

MANY TIMES PEOPLE ARE PRESENT IN BODY ONLY BUT NOT IN MIND. THEY DO NOT HEAR.
YOU MUST BE HERE TO HEAR BOTH IN BODY AND IN MIND.

WHEN GOD IS MOVING BY HIS SPIRIT AND WE ARE IN TIMES OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP GOING INTO WARFARE OR RECEIVING REVELATIONAL TRUTH, A WARRIOR WILL NEED TO STAY FOCUSED ON WHAT GOD IS DOING NOW AND OUR MOVING TOGETHER WITH HIM.

IT IS A GREAT CHALLENGE TO SHUT OUT EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE SO THAT I CAN BE HERE AND HEAR TO MOVE WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

THIS IS WARFARE, TO STAY FOCUSED ON THE PRESENT NOW SO THAT WE MAY COME INTO ONE ACCORD AND OPERATE IN UNITY (AS A UNIT).

IT IS IN THIS PLACE OF COMING TOGETHER IN UNITY AND ONE ACCORD THAT THE SPIRIT WILL BE RELEASED THROUGH OUR EMOTIONS AND WORDS AS WE PRAISE AND WORSHIP OUR KING.

OUR THOUGHTS AND WILL, RENEWED TO THE WORD OF GOD, CAN HELP US BRING INTO CONTROL OUR EMOTIONS AND WORDS.
OUR EMOTIONS NEED TO BE CONTROLLED AND FOCUSED BY OUR WILL TO RELEASE THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
THEY ARE NEVER TO CONTROL US. RATHER, WE MUST LEARN TO CONTROL THEM.

THROUGH EMOTION AND WORDS SPIRIT IS RELEASED.
OUR EMOTIONS WERE GIVEN TO US BY GOD TO EXPRESS HIS NATURE AND ATTRIBUTES.
ANY OTHER EXPRESSION CAN RELEASE ANOTHER SPIRIT INTO OUR ATMOSPHERE.

A WARRIOR MUST LEARN TO CONTROL AND FOCUS THEIR THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS AND WORDS IN ORDER TO RELEASE AN ATMOSPHERE CHARGED WITH THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
THEREFORE WE WILL NEED TO STAY FOCUSED, "QUICK TO HEAR AND SLOW TO SPEAK".

WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY DEFINES A "WARRIOR" AS A MAN EXPERIENCED OR ENGAGED IN WARFARE; A FIGHTING MAN.
A "WARRIORESS" AS A WOMAN WARRIOR.

A SOLDIER, UNLESS SENT ON A SPECIAL MISSION BY HIS COMMANDER, DOES NOT ACT INDEPENDENTLY BUT MOVES WITH THOSE HE IS IN THE ARMY WITH, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF HIS COMMANDER.

2 TIMOTHY 2:3-7, "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, [yet] is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things."

AS A SOLDIER WE LEARN TO MOVE TOGETHER AS AN ARMY.
WE NEED TO LISTEN TO AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THAT ARE BEING GIVEN BY WHO EVER IS IN THE PLACE OF SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY AT THAT MOMENT.

WHEN THE PASTOR OR MINISTRY GIFT INSTRUCTS US TO RAISE OUR HANDS WE ALL NEED TO DO SO.
IF WE ARE TOLD TO PRAY IN THE SPIRIT, SHOUT, JUMP, DANCE OR JUST BE QUIET WE WILL ALL NEED TO BE DOING THE SAME THING AT THE SAME TIME TO FUNCTION AS A UNIT.

WHEN IT IS TIME TO SPEAK, SPEAK.
WHEN IT TIME TO LISTEN, LISTEN.
IF YOU ARE SPEAKING AND VISITING WITH SOMEONE WHEN IT IS TIME TO LISTEN OR PRAY THEN YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER AND HINDERING THE FLOW OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
YOU CAN NOT HEAR THE MINISTRY GIFT OR THE SPIRIT'S DIRECTION IF YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE, TRYING TO CATCH UP ON YOUR BIBLE READING OUT OF FLOW WITH WHATS GOING ON, RUNNING BACK AND FORTH TO THE WATER FOUNTAIN, THE RESTROOM OR JUST PLAIN DAY DREAMING.
YOU ARE NOT HERE SO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR.
THIS MAY NOT SEEM VERY IMPORTANT TO YOU BUT IN THE PLACE OF WARFARE IT CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VICTORY AND DEFEAT, BREAKTHROUGHS OR JUST PLAIN STAYING STUCK.

THE BOOK OF JOSHUA HAS BEEN CALLED BY MANY THE OLD TESTAMENT MANUAL OF TYPES AND SHADOWS FOR OUR PRESENT DAY SPIRITUAL WARFARE.

JOSHUA 6:1-20, "Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in. And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, [and] the mighty men of valour. And ye shall compass the city, all [ye] men of war, [and] go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets. And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long [blast] with the ram's horn, [and] when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him. And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the LORD. And he said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed pass on before the ark of the LORD. And it came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, that the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns passed on before the LORD, and blew with the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD followed them. And the armed men went before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rereward came after the ark, [the priests] going on, and blowing with the trumpets. And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall [any] word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout. So the ark of the LORD compassed the city, going about [it] once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp. And Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the LORD. And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the LORD went on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men went before them; but the rereward came after the ark of the LORD, [the priests] going on, and blowing with the trumpets. And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned into the camp: so they did six days. And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city. And the city shall be accursed, [even] it, and all that [are] therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that [are] with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent. And ye, in any wise keep [yourselves] from the accursed thing, lest ye make [yourselves] accursed, when ye take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it. But all the silver, and gold, and vessels of brass and iron, [are] consecrated unto the LORD: they shall come into the treasury of the LORD. So the people shouted when [the priests] blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city."

THERE ARE THREE GREAT LESSONS OF WARFARE TO BE LEARNED HERE.

THE FIRST IS TO SHUT UP UNTIL IT IS TIME TO SHOUT, THEN SHOUT!
ISRAEL WAS COMMANDED NOT TO SPEAK OR MAKE ANY SOUND WITH THEIR MOUTH UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO SHOUT.

THE SECOND IS THAT THEY HAD TO FOLLOW ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY AND REFRAIN FROM SPEAKING FOR SEVEN DAYS.
THEY WERE TO FOLLOW ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS, IN UNITY, THAT WERE GIVEN BY THEIR SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY.

THE THIRD IS THAT THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY OF THE SPOIL OF THE CITY.

THIS WAS THE FIRST CITY IN THE NEW LAND TO BE TAKEN. IT WAS THE FIRST FRUITS OR THE TITHE UNTO THE LORD.

PLEASE GET THIS.
THE "ACCURSED THING" ALSO MEANS IN HEBREW "A THING DEVOTED".
ALL OF THE SILVER, GOLD AND VESSELS OF BRASS AND IRON WERE TO GO INTO THE TREASURY OF THE LORD.

WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT OUR GIVING IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF OUR WORSHIP AND WARFARE.

THE NEXT CITIES WERE TO BE THEIRS TO HAVE FOR SPOIL AND INCREASE.
THIS CITY WAS TO BE THEIR TITHE.
WE CAN LOSE MANY BATTLES AND VICTORIES WHEN WE MISS AND DISOBEY GOD IN OUR GIVING.

MALACHI 3:8-11, "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye [are] cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, [even] this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there shall] not [be room] enough [to receive it]. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts."

THE FIRST FRUITS (TITHE) ALWAYS MUST COME FIRST.
A WARRIOR WILL NEED TO BE A TITHER AND A GIVER TO BREAK THE CURSE AND BRING IN AND STAY IN THE VICTORY.

IT IS IN OUR GIVING THAT WE FIRST LEARN TO HEAR THE VOICE OF GOD ON THE INSIDE OF US.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN LEARNING TO HEAR THE SPIRIT IN OUR EVERY DAY ACTIVITIES AND HIS DIRECTING OF OUR LIVES.

MARTIN LUTHER, THE GREAT REFORMER, SAID THAT EVERY BELIEVER NEEDED TO HAVE REDEMPTION COME INTO THREE AREAS OF THEIR LIVES.
"IN THEIR HEARTS, IN THEIR MINDS AND IN THEIR POCKET BOOKS".
THIS IS A VERY TRUE STATEMENT.
"TOUCH NOT THE ACCURSED OR DEVOTED THING," IT WILL ALLOW AND BRING A CURSE TO YOU.
THOSE WHO LEAVE A MEETING BEFORE IT IS DISMISSED, IN ORDER TO MISS THE OFFERING, ARE NOT WARRIORS.
BUT RATHER, ARE IN DANGER OF TOUCHING "THE ACCURSED THING".

AS A WARRIOR WE WILL NEED TO BE WILLING TO DIE TO OUR OWN SELF WILL FOR THE SAKE OF WHAT WE BELIEVE IN AND FOR.
AS A SOLDIER COMMITTED AND LOYAL TO THE ARMY IN WHICH WE SERVE.

ONE WHO IS SUBMITTED TO SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY, WILLING AND ABLE TO FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS.

A TITHER AND GIVER COMMITTED TO THE WORK FOR WHICH WE FIGHT.

THEN AND ONLY THEN ARE WE READY TO BECOME A WORKER IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

 

SECTION THREE:

 

WHAT IS THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY?

TO EXTEND THE KINGDOM OF GOD THROUGH PREACHING, TEACHING AND THE REVEALING OF THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM.
HELPING, PRAYING, SUPPORTING, GIVING AIDE AND ASSISTANCE IN ANY AND ALL AREAS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK.

MARK 16:15-18, "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world (kosmos), and preach the gospel to every creature (lit. all of creation). He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned (lit. is already judged). And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up (lit. cast down) serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

TODAY, WE STILL HAVE TOO MANY BELIEVERS FOLLOWING AFTER THE "SIGNS" AND NOT DOING "THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY".
THIS IS REALLY THE FAULT OF OUR PRESENT DAY MINISTRY GIFTS, WHO HAVE TRIED TO DO ALL OF THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY THEMSELVES, NOT EQUIPPING THE BELIEVERS TO DO SO.

THIS HOWEVER, IS ABOUT TO CHANGE.

EPHESIANS 4:11-13, "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:"

JESUS TOLD THE APOSTLES IN MATTHEW 28:18-20, TO "GO MAKE DISCIPLES OF EVERY PEOPLE GROUP, TEACHING THEM TO DO ALL OF THE THINGS THAT I HAVE COMMANDED YOU."

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach (lit. make disciples) all nations (lit. people groups), baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe (lit. to do) all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen."

JESUS TOLD THE BELIEVERS IN MARK 16:, TO "GO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO ALL OF CREATION, CONFIRMING IT WITH SIGNS, HEALINGS AND MANIFESTATIONS OF MY SPIRIT THAT WILL FOLLOW YOUR PROCLAMATION OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD."

THE TASK OF THE MINISTRY GIFTS IS TO MAKE DISCIPLES.
TEACHING, TRAINING AND EQUIPPING THEM TO DO THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY.
IF THEY ARE NOT DOING SO, THEY ARE NOT FULFILLING THEIR CALL NOR DOING THEIR JOB.

WE MUST HAVE A CHANGE IN OUR PRESENT DAY MIND SET THAT BELIEVES THAT GOD WILL ONLY USE "CERTAIN SPECIAL PEOPLE" AND "HE SURELY CAN'T USE ME".
"AFTER ALL, I'M NOT THAT SPIRITUAL OR GOOD ENOUGH FOR GOD TO USE ME."

WE HAVE MISTAKENLY BELIEVED THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT'S POWER MANIFESTED IN AND THROUGH OUR LIVES COMES AS THE RESULT OF OUR "GOOD CONDUCT" OR "LIFE STYLE" AND NOT BY THE HEARING OF FAITH.
WE HAVE BELIEVED AND BEEN TAUGHT MANY FALSE DOCTRINES AND MISTAKEN RELIGIOUS IDEAS THAT WE ARE IN GREAT NEED OF TO UNLEARN!

GOD WILL USE THOSE WHO ARE WILLING AND AVAILABLE, NOT BECAUSE WE DESERVE IT, BUT BECAUSE WE ARE ALL HE HAS TO WORK WITH AND HE HAS CHOSEN US TO DO SO.
AFTER ALL IT IS THE SPIRIT'S POWER THAT HEALS AND PRODUCES MIRACLES, NOT OUR OWN GOODNESS. IT IS HIS GOODNESS AND MERCY, NEVER OUR OWN.

WE ARE NEVER ABLE TO TAKE THE CREDIT FOR SUCCESS NOR SHOULD WE ACCEPT ANY FAILURE.
WE ARE TO ONLY HEAR THE SPIRIT AND DO WHAT HE SAYS.

ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD IN THE CHURCH IS THAT WHEN A BELIEVER STARTS TO ACT LIKE A BELIEVER WE TRY TO IMMEDIATELY ELEVATE THEM TO SOME RANK OF MINISTRY GIFT.

NO!

EVERY BELIEVER IS TO HEAL THE SICK, CAST OUT DEMONS, PREACH AND REVEAL THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
THIS IS WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO DO.
NOT BY OUR WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS BUT BY HIS GRACE ALONE.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND OR SATAN WILL PARALYZE YOU WITH YOUR OWN FAILURES AND DEFEATS TO STOP YOU FROM DOING THE WILL AND PLAN OF GOD.

DON'T EVER GET THE IDEA THAT GOD WILL MOVE BECAUSE OF YOUR GOODNESS AND WON'T MOVE BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURES.
THAT IS FALSE THINKING AND A SLAP IN THE FACE OF JESUS SAYING THAT THE BLOOD HE SHED WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR YOU.
WE ARE HIS BODY, HIS HANDS, HIS FEET AND HIS MOUTH.
IT IS HIS LIFE BUT OUR BODIES THAT HE HAS PURPOSED TO WORK THROUGH.

LET US RETURN TO 2 TIMOTHY 2:3-7, "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, [yet] is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things."

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN ONLY GIVE AWAY WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
YOU CAN HAVE AS MUCH OF JESUS AS YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE AWAY.
YET WE MUST RECEIVE OF HIM THAT WHICH WE ARE TO GIVE AWAY AND REVEAL.
WE MUST BECOME THE MESSAGE THAT WE PREACH.

IT IS TIME TO STOP REVEALING A FALSE JESUS OF JUDGMENT AND WRATH.
IT IS TIME TO REVEAL THE JESUS OF MERCY AND FORGIVENESS, TRUTH AND LIFE.
YET WE CAN ONLY DO SO BY HAVING RECEIVED HIS MERCY, FORGIVENESS, TRUTH AND LIFE.
TO BELIEVE THAT HIS BLOOD, WHICH WAS SHED FOR ME, WAS SUFFICIENT TO COVER AND DEAL WITH ALL MY SINS, FAILURES AND NEEDS.
THEN, AND ONLY THEN, WILL WE BE ABLE TO HAVE TRUE CONFIDENCE IN OUR MINISTERING TO THOSE WHO ARE SICK, AFFLICTED AND IN GREAT NEED.
NOT BY OUR OWN GOODNESS BUT BY HIS GRACE ALONE.

GOD WILL MOVE BECAUSE HE IS GOOD AND HE IS GOD, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR GOODNESS. HE ONLY ASKS OF US THAT WE INVITE HIM INTO THE SITUATION AND BELIEVE THAT HE WILL DO WHAT HIS WORD DECLARES AS WE ASK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT REVEALED WORD.

IT IS HIS WILL TO SAVE, HEAL, DELIVER, AND PROSPER ALL THOSE THAT COME TO HIM.

3 JOHN 1:2, "Beloved, I wish (lit. pray) above (lit. about, concerning) all things (lit. everyone and everything) that thou mayest prosper (lit. to prosper, be successful) and be in health, (lit. be in health, to be well, to be sound) even as thy soul (lit. mind) prospereth. (lit. prospers, is successful)"

THERE IS A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OUR MIND (SOUL) PROSPERING AND BEING IN HEALTH AND OUR PHYSICAL PROSPERITY AND HEALTH OR HEALING.
OUR MINDS BEING RENEWED TO THE WORD OF GOD WILL PRODUCE THE PHYSICAL REALITIES OF WHAT WE PERCEIVE IN OUR OWN SPIRITS BY THE REVEALED WORD THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED.

IT IS IN THE RENEWING OF OUR MINDS, WHICH BEGINS WITH OUR WORSHIP AND MEDITATION OF THE SCRIPTURES, THAT WILL CAUSE US TO WAR IN VICTORY AND READY US FOR THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY.

WHEN WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS GOD'S DESIRE AND WILL FOR OUR OWN LIVES, THEN WE WILL WITH CONFIDENCE REACH OUT AND MINISTER THE SAME TO OTHERS.
REMEMBER, GOD IS A GOOD GOD WHO LOVES YOU AND HAS A PLAN AND DESTINY FOR YOUR LIFE.

ACTS 1:1-5 & 8, "The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with [them], commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, [saith he], ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS PORTION OF SCRIPTURE MUCH IN OTHER WRITINGS.
HOWEVER, WE MUST GO BACK AND LOOK AT SOME KEY WORDS TO UNDERSTAND HOW JESUS TAUGHT HIS DISCIPLES AND HOW HE IS STILL TEACHING US TODAY.

"JESUS BEGAN BOTH TO DO AND TEACH."

FIRST HE SHOWED THEM BY HIS DOING, THEY WATCHED WHAT IT WAS THAT HE DID.
THEN HE TAUGHT THEM WHAT IT WAS HE DID AND HOW HE DID IT.

A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THIS WOULD BE MARK 11:, THE DISCIPLES WATCHED JESUS CURSE A FIG TREE. THE NEXT DAY IT HAD DRIED UP FROM THE ROOTS. THEY QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT IT AND HE TAUGHT THEM HOW HE DID IT.

MARK 11:13-14 & 20-24, "And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not [yet]. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard [it].
And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God (lit. Have the God kind or the faith of God). For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them]."

WHERE DOES ONE GET THE GOD KIND OF FAITH OR THE FAITH OF GOD?

"FAITH COMES BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE (RHEMA) WORD OF GOD."

THIS IS GOD'S FAITH OR ABILITY THAT COMES BY HEARING FROM HIM.

WHEN WE RECEIVE THE RHEMA WORD OF GOD IT GIVES US HIS ABILITY TO DO WHAT HE HAS SAID.
JESUS ALWAYS DID WHAT HE SAW THE FATHER DOING AND SAID WHAT THE FATHER WAS SAYING.
WE MUST ALWAYS RELY ON THE DIRECTION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO LEAD US AND SHOW US WHAT, WHEN, HOW AND WHERE TO DO WHATEVER HE IS LEADING US TO DO.
WE SHOULD NEVER ACT SIMPLY OUT OF A NEED, BUT BY HEARING AND RESPONDING TO THE VOICE OF HIS SPIRIT.
YES, WE MAY PRAY FOR THE NEED, BUT WE NEED TO HEAR FROM THE SPIRIT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO.

"HE WAS TAKEN UP, AFTER THAT HE THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT HAD GIVEN COMMANDMENTS".

JESUS IS STILL DOING SO TODAY.
ONE OF THE WAYS THE SPIRIT HAS WORKED IN MY OWN LIFE AND MINISTRY HAS BEEN TO ALLOW ME TO SEE JESUS IN OPERATION THROUGH ONE OF HIS MINISTRY GIFTS OR IN ANOTHER BELIEVER.
I HAD NEVER OPENED A BLIND EYE UNTIL I SAW SOMEONE ELSE DO IT.
I HAD NEVER OPENED A DEAF EAR UNTIL I SAW IT BEING DONE.
I HAD NEVER PULLED A CRIPPLE UP OUT OF A WHEELCHAIR AND HAD THEM WALK UNTIL I SAW IT HAPPEN.
FIRST I SAW SOMEONE ELSE DO IT, THEN I HEARD BY THE SPIRIT TO GO AND DO IT.

IN JOHN 14:-16:, JESUS TOLD US THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT WOULD GUIDE US, LEAD US INTO ALL TRUTH AND SHOW US THINGS TO COME.
ANOTHER WAY THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS WORKED IN MY LIFE IS TO SHOW ME SOMETHING IN MY SPIRIT THAT I AM TO DO, EVEN IF I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY ONE ELSE DO IT.
AS I YIELD TO AND FOLLOW HIM, DOING WHAT HE HAS REVEALED, IT HAPPENS AS HE REVEALED IT.

AS WE GO THROUGH THE GOSPELS AND WATCH CAREFULLY HOW JESUS, HIMSELF, DID THINGS, WE DISCOVER THAT HE NEVER PRAYED FOR THE SICK OR DEMONIC.
RATHER, HE SPOKE THE WORD ONLY.
IT IS NOT WRONG TO PRAY OVER OR FOR THE SICK, WE HAVE SCRIPTURAL BACKING TO DO SO, BUT JESUS NEVER DID.

MATTHEW 8:16, "When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with [his] word, and healed all that were sick:"

YET WE KNOW FROM MANY OTHER SCRIPTURES THAT HE SPENT MUCH TIME IN PRAYER BEFORE HE WENT OUT TO MINISTER TO OTHERS.

LUKE 5:16-17, "And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed. And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was [present] to heal them."

I BELIEVE THERE IS A SPIRITUAL KEY HERE WE WILL NEED TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND.
IF WE WOULD SPEND MORE OF OUR TIME IN WORSHIP, PRAISE, WARFARE AND PRAYING FOR OTHERS, WE WOULD SPEND LESS TIME PRAYING OVER THEM.
AS WE RELEASE THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN OUR WORSHIP, PRAISE AND WARFARE OUR EARS WILL BE MORE CLEAR TO HEAR THE SPIRIT'S VOICE AND SPEAK HIS WORD ONLY.

Mark 1:32-35 & 39, "And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. And all the city was gathered together at the door. And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him. And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils."

"BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE POWER AFTER THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS COME UPON YOU."

JOHN 20:21-22, "Then said Jesus to them again, Peace [be] unto you: as [my] Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on [them], and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:"

ACTS 10:38, "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him."

1 JOHN 2:6, "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked."

HOW DID JESUS WALK?
BY WALKING IN THE SPIRIT, HEARING AND SEEING IN THE SPIRIT. THEN DOING WHAT HE HEARD AND SAW. WE MUST DO THE SAME.

"AND YOU SHALL BE A WITNESS OF ME...UNTO THE UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE EARTH."

BEING A WITNESS IS NOT SOMETHING WE DO, IT IS SOMETHING THAT WE ARE.
A WITNESS IS SOMEONE WHO HAS SEEN OR HAS PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF AN EVENT OR SOMETHING THAT HAS HAPPENED.
WE ARE WITNESSES TO THE FACT THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD AND THAT HE IS ALIVE AND LIVING IN US.

DO NOT BRING PEOPLE TO YOUR RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND OR YOUR SET OF RULES AND RITUALS.
BRING THEM TO THE LIVING CHRIST WHO LOVES THEM AND DIED IN THEIR PLACE TO GIVE THEM ETERNAL LIFE. HE IS ALIVE TODAY AND IS REAL RIGHT NOW.
PREACH THAT THE KINGDOM HAS COME AND IS AVAILABLE TO ALL WHO WILL ENTER IN AND RECEIVE THE GIFT OF GOD.
GOD LOVES YOU AND HAS A PLAN AND DESTINY FOR YOUR LIFE.

MATTHEW 24:14, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations (lit. people groups); and then shall the end come."

MIRACLES, SIGNS, HEALINGS AND WONDERS ARE TO GET PEOPLE INTERESTED IN WHAT IS BEHIND THE SIGNS.

THEY POINT US TO THE ONE THAT IS DOING THE SIGNS, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.

UP TILL NOW MOST OF THE MANIFESTATIONS, HEALINGS AND MIRACLES THAT THE CHURCH HAS SEEN HAVE TAKEN PLACE IN THE MEETINGS THAT WE HAVE ATTENDED.
WHILE GREATER MANIFESTATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AS WE GATHER TOGETHER IN THE DAYS TO COME, IT IS NOW TIME FOR THE CHURCH TO TAKE THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT OUT SIDE OF OUR MEETINGS.

NOW IS THE TIME TO SEE THE POWER OF GOD DISPLAYED OUT IN THE STREET, ON THE JOB, AT THE MARKET OR IN SOMEONE'S LIVING ROOM.

GOD IS LOOKING TO HIS PEOPLE, HIS CHURCH, YOU AND ME, TO BE HIS HAND EXTENDED TO A DYING WORLD, OUT WHERE THEY LIVE.

THE EASIEST PEOPLE TO GET HEALED ARE NON-BELIEVERS AND BABY CHRISTIANS.
THEY HAVE NOT YET PICKED UP THE SPIRIT OF UNBELIEF.
YOU CAN USUALLY GET IT FOR THEM THE FIRST, SECOND AND EVEN THE THIRD TIME. AFTER THAT THEY WILL NEED TO BELIEVE GOD FOR THEMSELVES.

BE BOLD AND FOLLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT'S LEADING. GO FOR IT. BELIEVING GOD, THAT HE WILL DO WHAT HE HAS SAID.

WHEN YOU KNOW TO PRAY FOR OR SAY TO THE SICK AND THE AFFLICTED, SEE THEM ALREADY HEALED AND DELIVERED ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR SPIRIT AND MIND.
THEN PRAY OR SPEAK THE WORD OF HEALING AND DELIVERANCE.
KEEP THAT PICTURE IN YOUR SPIRIT AND MIND (HEART) AS YOU DECLARE THE WORD. THEN EXPECT TO SEE MANIFESTED MIRACLES AND HEALINGS.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T SEE THE MANIFESTATION IMMEDIATELY KEEP ON BELIEVING, SEEING IT AND SPEAKING IT.
IF YOU HAVE HEARD FROM GOD IT WILL TAKE PLACE.

NOT ALL HEALINGS WILL BE INSTANT. SOMETIMES THEY BEGIN AT THE POINT OF PRAYER OR SPEAKING THE WORD AND CONTINUE ON UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY MANIFESTED.

HOWEVER HEALING OR DELIVERANCE MAY TAKE PLACE, REMEMBER IT IS GOD'S WILL TO HEAL, DELIVER AND SAVE THOSE THAT ARE LOST.
IT IS ALSO HIS WILL TO USE YOU TO BRING HIS HEALING, DELIVERING AND SAVING POWER TO A WORLD THAT IS SICK, BOUND AND DYING.

MATTHEW 10:7-8, "And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand (lit. is come). Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give."
